Abstract
Deteksi parasetamol telah dilakukan dengan Screen Printed Carbon Electrode (SPCE) yang termodifikasi eutectogel. Modifikasi SPCE dilakukan dengan cara drop casting dengan diteteskan eutectogel sebanyak 10 µL ke permukaan elektroda kerja SPCE dan dikeringkan selama 24 jam. SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel dikarakterisasi menggunakan digital microscope. Evaluasi kinerja elektroda dilakukan dengan teknik voltametri siklik menggunakan rentang potensial -0,4 V hingga 0,8 V pada suhu ruang. Pengujian dilakukan dengan meneteskan larutan parasetamol sebanyak 70 µL ke atas permukaan elektroda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel memiliki luas permukaan yang lebih besar dibandingkan SPCE tanpa modifikasi. SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel memiliki limit deteksi sebesar 0,011 mM pada rentang linearitas 0 hingga 5 mM. SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel menunjukkan sensitivitas yang cukup baik yaitu sebesar 230,064 µA/mM·cm². Hasil uji interferensi menunjukkan bahwa SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel selektif terhadap parasetamol dan memiliki stabilitas yang sangat baik dengan nilai %RSD sebesar 0,320% untuk puncak oksidasi dan 0,080% untuk puncak reduksi. Data penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa SPCE termodifikasi eutectogel memiliki kinerja yang sangat baik untuk mendeteksi parasetamol.

Detection of paracetamol has been carried out using a Screen Printed Carbon Electrode (SPCE) modified with eutectogel. The modification of SPCE was performed using the drop casting method by dripping 10 µL of eutectogel onto the surface of the SPCE working electrode, followed by drying for 24 hours. The eutectogel-modified SPCE was characterized using a digital microscope. Evaluation of electrode performance was conducted using cyclic voltammetry technique with a potential range of -0,4 V to 0,8 V at room temperature. The testing was carried out by dripping 70 µL of paracetamol solution onto the electrode surface. The results obtained showed that the eutectogel-modified SPCE had a larger surface area compared to the unmodified SPCE. The eutectogel-modified SPCE had a detection limit of 0,011 mM within a linearity range of 0 to 5 mM. The eutectogel-modified SPCE showed reasonably good sensitivity, namely 230, 064 µA/mM·cm². Interference test results indicated that the eutectogel-modified SPCE was selective toward paracetamol and exhibited excellent stability with %RSD values of 0,320% for the oxidation peak and 0,080% for the reduction peak. These research data demonstrate that the eutectogel-modified SPCE has excellent performance for detecting paracetamol.
