Abstract

Bendungan memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan risiko banjir akibat keruntuhan bendungan. Untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut, diperlukan Sistem Peringatan Dini yang berintegrasi dalam Rencana Tindak Darurat (RTD) Bendungan. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan merencanakan sistem peringatan dini sebaagi upaya mitigasi banjir akibat keruntuhan Bendungan Bener. Metode penelitian ini meliputi analisis hidrologi untuk menentukan debit banjir rencana, analisis hidraulika untuk simulasi banjir dan skenario keruntuhan bendungan, serta pemetaan daerah genangan banjir. Hasil analisis ini digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat ancaman dan menyusun level peringatan dalam sistem peringatan dini. Harapan nya dapat mendukung pelaksanaan Rencana Tindak Darurat Bendungan dan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi risiko banjir di hilir Bendungan Bener.

Dams have an important role in water resource management, but they also have the potential to cause flooding risks due to dam failure. To mitigate this risk, an Early Warning System integrated into the Dam Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is required. This final project aims to design an early warning system as a flood mitigation measure due to the Bener Dam failure. The research method includes hydrological analysis to determine the planned flood discharge, hydraulic analysis for flood simulations and dam failure scenarios, and flood inundation area mapping. The results of this analysis are used to determine the threat level and establish warning levels within the early warning system. The aim is to support the implementation of the Dam Emergency Action Plan and improve preparedness for flood risks downstream of the Bener Dam.
