Abstract
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode design thinking.

Al-Ibrah Primary Global School is an Islamic educational institution in Gresik dedicated to nurturing a generation of Muslims with strong leadership character, Islamic values, and a global perspective. This interior design project aims to create a learning environment that actively supports the development of students' leadership character while integrating Islamic values into every element of the school. The Experiential Learning approach (Kolb, 1984) serves as the conceptual foundation, asserting that the school's physical environment can function as an active medium that shapes students' character through direct, meaningful experience. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, which were then processed using the design thinking method. The macro concept of Experiential Learning Environment was applied across three primary spaces—the classroom, library, and canteen—through key design strategies including an interactive wall, collaborative zones, student work display areas, and a U-shaped classroom layout to facilitate active discussion among students. Al-Ibrah's visual identity was consistently integrated into all interior elements through Islamic ornaments and calligraphy as decorative features that simultaneously carry educational value.
