Abstract
Gedung perkuliahan di Surabaya merupakan bangunan bertingkat yang direncanakan menggunakan sistem struktur beton bertulang. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi konstruksi, diperlukan metode pelaksanaan yang mampu meningkatkan mutu pekerjaan serta mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pekerjaan di lapangan. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan desain modifikasi struktur gedung perkuliahan menggunakan balok dan pelat beton pracetak dengan sistem ganda (dual system). Sistem ganda dipilih karena mampu memberikan kinerja struktur yang baik dalam menahan beban gravitasi dan beban gempa melalui kombinasi Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan dinding geser (shear wall), sedangkan metode pracetak dipilih untuk mempercepat proses konstruksi pada bangunan yang memiliki denah dan lantai yang relatif tipikal.
Tahapan perencanaan meliputi preliminary design, analisis pembebanan, pemodelan struktur, analisis gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan elemen struktur, perencanaan elemen pracetak, serta perencanaan sistem sambungan antar elemen pracetak. Luaran dari perencanaan ini berupa dimensi elemen struktur, detail penulangan balok, kolom, pelat, pondasi, serta detail sambungan pracetak yang dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar teknik. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa dimensi elemen struktur yang diperoleh meliputi kolom K1 berukuran 80 × 150 cm dan kolom K2 berukuran 80 × 110 cm. Balok induk menggunakan dimensi 50 × 90 cm, 40 × 80 cm, dan 40 × 70 cm, sedangkan balok anak menggunakan dimensi 35 × 65 cm. Pelat lantai direncanakan menggunakan sistem komposit dengan tebal total 14 cm. Sambungan balok induk terhadap kolom menggunakan sambungan menerus dengan korbel, sedangkan sambungan balok anak terhadap balok induk menggunakan sambungan menerus.

The academic building in Surabaya is a multi-story reinforced concrete structure. Along with the advancement of construction technology, construction methods that improve work quality while reducing dependence on on-site activities are required. This final project presents a modified structural design of an academic building using precast concrete beams and slabs with a dual structural system (dual system). The dual system was selected because it provides good structural performance in resisting both gravity and seismic loads through the combination of a Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) and shear walls. Meanwhile, the precast construction method was adopted to accelerate the construction process for buildings with relatively repetitive floor plans and typical floor layouts.
The design process includes preliminary design, load analysis, structural modeling, internal force analysis, reinforcement design of structural elements, precast element design, and the design of connections between precast elements. The outputs of the design consist of structural member dimensions, reinforcement details for beams, columns, slabs, and foundations, as well as precast connection details presented in the form of engineering drawings.
The design results indicate that the structural dimensions consist of K1 columns measuring 80 × 150 cm and K2 columns measuring 80 × 110 cm. The main beams are designed with dimensions of 50 × 90 cm, 40 × 80 cm, and 40 × 70 cm, while the secondary beams have dimensions of 35 × 65 cm. The floor slab is designed as a composite slab with a total thickness of 14 cm. The connection between the main beam and the column is designed as a continuous connection with a corbel, whereas the connection between the secondary beam and the main beam is designed as a continuous connection.
