Abstract
Penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan dan terusmenerus
membawa dampak negatif terhadap kondisi tanah
dan lingkungan. Hal ini berakibat pada penurunan unsur
hara tanah. Permasalahan serupa terjadi di lahan pertanian
di Desa Condro, Kecamatan Pasirian, Lumajang
Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian terkait
efektivitas berbagai media pembawa atau carrier terhadap
propagul mikoriza asal Desa Condro, Kecamatan Pasirian,
Lumajang.
Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan di lahan UMKM
Lumajang. Dilakukan isolasi mikoriza asal, pengamatan
infeksi akar, dan uji viabilitas mikoriza. Rancangan dalam
penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 1
perlakuan yaitu kombinasi bahan pembawa dengan 7 level
yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Dunnet 5 %.
Hasil penelitian diketahui hasil persen infeksi mikoriza
berkisar pada nilai 92,5-100%. Hasil uji viabilitas
menghasilkan spora 920-1600 spora / gr media. Tujuh
macam kombinasi bahan pembawa yang digunakan,
semuanya efektif digunakan sebagai bahan pembawa bagi
inokulan mikoriza.

The using of chemical fertilizers excessively and
contionuosly bring negative impact to the condition of land
and surrounding the environment. The nutrient will be
decreased. Finally, this condition will decline the
productivity of agricultural products. Similar problems
occurred in agricultural land in Condro, district Pasirian,
Lumajang.
In this research, the study of effectiveness of carrier to
mycorrhiza propagule from Condro, district Pasirian,
Lumajang.
Soil sampling was conducted in agricultural land,
district Pasirian, Lumajang. This research design uses
Completely Randomized Design with one treatment, that is
the combination of carrirer of 7 level continued by 5%
Dunnet Test.
The result of this research showed that the root infection
between 92,5-100%. The result showed that the viability of
carrier between 920-1600 spore/ gr carrier. From the seven
variatons of combination carrier materials which were used,
all of them were effective used as biofertilizer.
