Abstract
Jalur Pantai Utara (Pantura) Jawa merupakan koridor logistik nasional yang mengalami kejenuhan lalu lintas kritis, ditunjukkan oleh rasio volume terhadap kapasitas (V/C) sebesar 1,2 pada ruas Jalan Daendels, Kabupaten Gresik, yang diperparah oleh keberadaan Jembatan Manyar eksisting sebagai titik penyempitan (bottleneck) tunggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun Dokumen Perencanaan Teknis Terperinci (DED) duplikasi Jembatan Manyar secara terintegrasi, meliputi perencanaan struktur atas, struktur bawah, metode pelaksanaan konstruksi, dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Analisis struktural dan geoteknik mengacu pada SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, SNI 1729:2020, dan AASHTO LRFD 9th Edition (2020), dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SAP2000, SPColumn, dan AllPile. Hasil perencanaan menghasilkan struktur atas berupa twin steel box girder tipe U komposit bentang 80 m dan lebar 9 m dari baja ASTM A572 Grade 50, dengan kapasitas lentur terpenuhi ($\varphi\text{Mn}/\text{Mu} = 0,991$) dan lendutan 71 mm (di bawah batas izin 100 mm), meskipun kontrol geser pelat badan memerlukan penambahan pengaku transversal. Struktur atas ditumpu 4 unit Lead Rubber Bearing (MAGDA-LRB $\varnothing900\text{-Pb220-K10}$), sedangkan struktur bawah menggunakan abutment dinding dengan pondasi spun pile diameter 600 mm sedalam 24 m berjumlah 21 titik per abutment. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan sistem tandem-lift dua crawler crane dengan gelagar 7 segmen yang dirakit di daratan (ground assembly) untuk meminimalkan gangguan lalu lintas. Total RAB yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp33.530.326.000,00 (termasuk PPN 11%). Hasil perencanaan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan teknis pembangunan jembatan yang andal dan aman guna mendukung kelancaran distribusi logistik nasional.

The North Coast Road (Pantura) of Java is a critical national logistics corridor experiencing severe traffic saturation, indicated by a volume-to-capacity (V/C) ratio of 1.2 on the Daendels Road segment, Gresik Regency, further exacerbated by the existing Manyar Bridge, which functions as a single bottleneck point. This study aims to develop a Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the duplication of Manyar Bridge, encompassing the superstructure design, substructure design, construction methodology, and cost estimation. Structural and geotechnical analyses were conducted in accordance with SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, SNI 1729:2020, and AASHTO LRFD 9th Edition (2020), using SAP2000, SPColumn, and AllPile software. The design results in a twin U-type composite steel box girder superstructure with an 80 m span and 9 m width, constructed of ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel, satisfying flexural requirements with a reduced nominal moment to ultimate moment ratio (φMn/Mu) of 0.991 and a deflection of 71 mm (below the 100 mm allowable limit), although web shear control required the addition of transverse stiffeners. The superstructure is supported by four units of Lead Rubber Bearing (MAGDA-LRB ∅900-Pb220-K10), while the substructure employs wall-type abutments reinforced with 600 mm diameter spun pile foundations, 24 m deep, comprising 21 piles per abutment. The construction method utilizes a tandem-lift system with two crawler cranes, with the girder fabricated in seven segments through ground assembly (pre-splicing) to minimize traffic disruption. The total estimated project cost is IDR 33,530,326,000.00 (inclusive of 11% VAT). These design outcomes are expected to serve as a technical reference for the construction of a reliable and safe bridge infrastructure to support the continuity of the national logistics distribution system.
