Abstract

Laporan Akhir Program Pendidikan Profesi Arsitek (PPAr) ini memuat dua proyek perancangan, yaitu Perancangan Rusun Guru Sekolah Rakyat Jombang dan Perancangan Klinik Gigi Graha Family Surabaya. Perancangan Rusun Guru bertujuan menyediakan hunian bagi tenaga pendidik untuk mendukung sistem Sekolah Rakyat berbasis asrama, sedangkan Klinik Gigi Graha Family Surabaya bertujuan menghadirkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi yang nyaman sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan karakter kawasan. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dari KAK, brief klien, regulasi, serta standar arsitektur yang kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan konsep desain. Hasil perancangan Rusun Guru berupa hunian vertikal berkapasitas 62 penghuni dengan unit Studio, 2 Bedroom (2BR), dan 3 Bedroom (3BR) yang menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Kontemporer Tropis dengan pendekatan Sustainable Architecture. Klinik Gigi Graha Family Surabaya dirancang sebagai bangunan tiga lantai bergaya Modern Klasik dengan pemisahan sirkulasi publik dan privat untuk mendukung kenyamanan pasien serta efisiensi operasional. Kedua proyek menerapkan pendekatan desain yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, fungsi bangunan, dan konteks lingkungan.

This Final Report of the Professional Architect Education Program (PPAr) presents two architectural design projects, namely the Design of the Jombang People’s School Teacher Apartment and the Design of Graha Family Surabaya Dental Clinic. The Teacher Apartment project aims to provide residential facilities for educators to support the boarding-based People’s School system, while the Graha Family Surabaya Dental Clinic project aims to provide a comfortable dental healthcare facility that meets user needs and responds to the characteristics of the surrounding area. The design method was carried out through data collection from the Terms of Reference (KAK), client briefs, regulations, and architectural standards, which were then analyzed to develop appropriate design concepts. The result of the Teacher Apartment design is a vertical housing facility accommodating 62 residents, consisting of Studio, 2 Bedroom (2BR), and 3 Bedroom (3BR) units, applying a Tropical Contemporary Architecture concept with a Sustainable Architecture approach. The Graha Family Surabaya Dental Clinic was designed as a three-story healthcare facility with a Modern Classical style, incorporating separate public and private circulation systems to support patient comfort and operational efficiency. Both projects apply design approaches that are responsive to user needs, building functions, and environmental contexts.
