Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di kawasan perkotaan Kabupaten Pamekasan, khususnya pada Sub Sistem Drainase Gladag Anyar. Peningkatan perkembangan kawasan menyebabkan bertambahnya luas daerah kedap air sehingga meningkatkan limpasan permukaan dan mengakibatkan beberapa saluran drainase eksisting tidak mampu mengalirkan debit banjir rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas sistem drainase eksisting, merencanakan ulang dimensi saluran sebagai upaya meningkatkan kapasitas jaringan drainase, serta mengevaluasi kinerja sistem hasil redesain dalam mereduksi banjir minimal sebesar 30%. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan menggunakan Metode Gumbel untuk analisis frekuensi hujan, Metode Mononobe untuk menentukan intensitas hujan, Metode Rasional untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana pada saluran drainase, serta Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Nakayasu untuk menentukan debit banjir sungai sebagai kondisi batas (boundary condition). Analisis hidraulika dilakukan menggunakan Persamaan Manning untuk menentukan dimensi saluran. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan sistem drainase menggunakan EPA Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) 5.2 untuk mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting dan kondisi hasil redesain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa saluran drainase eksisting belum mampu mengalirkan debit banjir rencana sehingga terjadi limpasan pada beberapa saluran. Redesain dimensi saluran dengan dimensi awal antara 0.6 x 0.8 m sampai dengan 1 x 1 m menjadi dimensi 1 x 1 m sampai dengan 1,5 x 1,5 m berhasil meningkatkan efektifitas jaringan drainase. Hasil simulasi SWMM dari perubahan desain tersebut menunjukkan adanya penurunan Flood Volume pada node yang mengalami flooding dengan persentase reduksi berkisar antara 36% hingga 98%, sehingga target reduksi banjir minimal 30% telah tercapai. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa redesain saluran drainase yang direncanakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja jaringan drainase dan mengurangi potensi banjir pada Sub Sistem Drainase Gladag Anyar, Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Flooding is one of the common problems occurring in urban areas of Pamekasan Regency, particularly in the Gladag Anyar Drainage Sub-System. Urban development has increased the extent of impervious areas, resulting in greater surface runoff and causing several existing drainage channels to be unable to convey the design flood discharge. This study aims to analyze the capacity of the existing drainage system, redesign channel dimensions to increase the capacity of the drainage network, and evaluate the performance of the redesigned system in reducing flooding by at least 30%. Hydrological analysis was conducted using the Gumbel Method for rainfall frequency analysis, the Mononobe Method to determine rainfall intensity, the Rational Method to calculate design flood discharge in drainage channels, and the Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) Method to determine river flood discharge as the boundary condition. Hydraulic analysis was performed using the Manning Equation to determine the required channel dimensions. Subsequently, the drainage system was modeled using the EPA Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) 5.2 to evaluate both existing and redesigned conditions. The results indicate that several existing drainage channels are unable to convey the design flood discharge, resulting in flooding at several channel locations. Redesigning the channel dimensions from the initial range of 0.6 × 0.8 m to 1.0 × 1.0 m into dimensions ranging from 1.0 × 1.0 m to 1.5 × 1.5 m successfully improved the effectiveness of the drainage network. The SWMM simulation results of the redesign show a reduction in Flood Volume at flooded nodes, with reduction percentages ranging from 36% to 98%. Therefore, the minimum flood reduction target of 30% was achieved. These results demonstrate that the proposed drainage channel redesign is effective in improving the performance of the drainage network and reducing the potential for flooding in the Gladag Anyar Drainage Sub-System, Pamekasan Regency.
