Abstract

Amine Flash Drum 135-V-10 merupakan salah satu peralatan proses pada unit H₂S Removal System di PT Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (SIPL) yang berfungsi memisahkan fluida keluaran Amine Contactor menjadi fase gas, hidrokarbon, dan rich amine. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi deviasi proses, menentukan tingkat risiko (risk ranking), serta mengevaluasi kecukupan safeguard menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) berdasarkan standar IEC 61882:2016 dan Risk Matrix internal SIPL (STD-SEI-HSSE-001). Analisis dilakukan dengan mengombinasikan parameter proses dan guide words untuk mengevaluasi cause, consequence, dan safeguard yang didokumentasikan dalam worksheet HAZOP. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi enam skenario deviasi, yaitu High/Low Level, High/Low Pressure, dan High/Low Temperature. Seluruh skenario berada pada kategori Medium Risk (Tolerable) dengan skor risiko 9–12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa safeguard pada parameter Level dan Pressure telah memadai, sedangkan parameter Temperature masih memerlukan peningkatan melalui penambahan Temperature Alarm High/Low yang terhubung ke CCR Room.

Amine Flash Drum 135-V-10 is one of the process equipment in the H₂S Removal System unit at PT Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (SIPL) which functions to separate the Amine Contactor output fluid into gas, hydrocarbon, and rich amine phases. This study aims to identify process deviations, determine the risk level (risk ranking), and evaluate the adequacy of safeguards using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method based on the IEC 61882:2016 standard and SIPL's internal Risk Matrix (STD-SEI-HSSE-001). The analysis was carried out by combining process parameters and guide words to evaluate the cause, consequence, and safeguards documented in the HAZOP worksheet. The analysis results identified six deviation scenarios, namely High/Low Level, High/Low Pressure, and High/Low Temperature. All scenarios are in the Medium Risk (Tolerable) category with a risk score of 9–12. The results of the study show that the safeguards on the Level and Pressure parameters are adequate, while the Temperature parameter still requires improvement by adding a High/Low Temperature Alarm connected to the CCR Room.
