Abstract

Website sustainability literacy test digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman seseorang mengenai literasi keberlanjutan. Website yang ada telah dievaluasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan membutuhkan evaluasi secara objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability website menggunakan metode Eye Tracking dan Hybrid System Usability Scale (HSUS). Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pengujian usability menggunakan Eye Tracking yang dianalisis berdasarkan heatmap dan scanpath, serta pengukuran usability menggunakan H-SUS. Selanjutnya, disusun modifikasi website bagi stakeholder lainnya sebagai implementasi pengembangan di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website eksisting masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan pada aspek navigasi, tata letak, dan elemen antarmuka yang memengaruhi perhatian visual serta kemudahan penggunaan dengan skor H-SUS sebesar 67,60 dengan acceptability ranges marginal, serta adjective ratings yaitu OK. Dengan demikian, desain website perbaikan yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan skor H-SUS hingga sebesar 75 dengan acceptability ranges acceptable, serta adjective ratings yaitu GOOD. Selain itu, modifikasi website bagi stakeholder lainnya meliputi kebutuhan modifikasi halaman landing page, kebutuhan modifikasi registrasi dan profil pengguna, serta kebutuhan modifikasi dashboard hasil sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan stakeholder (perguruan tinggi, profesional, instansi pemerintah, dan sekolah). Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain website usulan beserta modifikasi website bagi stakeholder lainnya yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan website secara berkelanjutan.

The sustainability literacy test website is used to measure an individual’s level of understanding of sustainability literacy. The existing website is still evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and has not yet been evaluated objectively. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the website’s usability using the Eye Tracking method and the Hybrid System Usability Scale (H-SUS). The study was conducted through usability testing stages using Eye Tracking, analyzed based on heatmaps and scan paths, as well as usability measurements using the H-SUS. Subsequently, website modifications were developed for other stakeholders as part of future development efforts. The results show that the existing website still has several issues regarding navigation, layout, and interface elements that affect visual attention and ease of use, with an H-SUS score of 67.60 falling within the “marginal” acceptability range and an adjective rating of “OK”. Thus, the resulting improved website design is expected to increase the H-SUS score to 75, with an “acceptable” acceptability range and an adjective rating of “GOOD.” In addition, website modifications for other stakeholders include changes to the landing page, the registration and user profile processes, and the results dashboard, tailored to the needs of users and stakeholders (universities, professionals, government agencies, and schools). This study produced a proposed website design along with modifications for other stakeholders that can serve as a reference for the website’s ongoing development.
