Abstract

Hazard Identification atau HAZID merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan evaluasi risiko kegagalan yang dapat memberikan efek negatif terhadap People, Environment, Asset, dan juga Reputation. Pada PLN Gardu Induk Babadan 150 kV terdapat enam area utama, yaitu switchyard, area trafo dan NGR, control room, protection room, distribution room, dan battery room. Laporan ini membahas terkait analisis risiko yang disertai dengan penyebab, konsekuensi, tindakan preventif, tindakan mitigasi, serta aksi lanjutan pada keenam area Gardu Induk Babadan 150 kV. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa Gardu Induk Babadan masih berada dalam kondisi aman, akan tetapi beberapa risiko perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut agar tidak terjadi kegagalan dalam pengoperasiannya.

Hazard Identification, or HAZID, is one of the methods used to evaluate failure risks that may have negative impacts on People, the Environment, Assets, and Reputation. At the Babadan 150 kV Substation of PLN, there are six main areas: the switchyard, transformer and NGR area, control room, protection room, distribution room, and battery room. This report discusses the risk analysis, including the causes, consequences, preventive actions, mitigation measures, and follow-up actions for the six areas of the Babadan 150 kV Substation. The results indicate that the Babadan Substation remains in a safe condition; however, several risks require further attention to prevent operational failures.
