Abstract

Reaktor Biogas yang ada saat ini hanya memonitor nilai parameter melalui display LCD dan belum dilengkapi dashboard. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan dashboard yang dapat memantau secara real-time kondisi operasional bioreaktor, termasuk parameter seperti tekanan, suhu, dan pH. Sistem ini menggunakan tiga jenis sensor: Pressure Transmitter, Termokopel Tipe K, dan probe pH, yang terhubung ke mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 dan Raspberry Pi. Data dari sensor akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik pada antarmuka pengguna yang dirancang menggunakan Visual Studio Code. Tampilan ini akan disajikan melalui layar LCD berupa dashboard berisi grafik pembacaan pH, temperatur, dan tekanan. Selain itu, data sensor juga akan disimpan dalam database untuk memungkinkan penelusuran riwayat pembacaan secara lengkap. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem monitoring parameter operasional reaktor biogas, yang dilengkapi dengan sensor Termokopel Tipe K memperoleh akurasi sebesar 98,71% dengan error 1,29%, Probe pH memperoleh akurasi sebesar 99,55% dengan error 0,45%, dan Pressure Transmitter memperoleh akurasi sebesar 98,66% dengan error 1,34%. Selain itu, telah dikembangkan sebuah dashboard yang mampu menampilkan pembacaan sensor, grafik, dan pencatatan data (data log) dengan time delay sebesar 1,023 detik.

Existing biogas reactors currently monitor parameter values only through an LCD display and are not yet equipped with a dashboard. This study aims to design and implement a dashboard capable of monitoring the real-time operational conditions of a bioreactor, including pressure, temperature, and pH. The system uses three types of sensors: a Pressure Transmitter, Type K Thermocouple, and pH Probe, which are connected to an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller and a Raspberry Pi. Sensor data are displayed as graphs on a user interface developed using Visual Studio Code. The interface is presented on an LCD screen as a dashboard containing graphs of pH, temperature, and pressure measurements. In addition, sensor data are stored in a database to enable complete historical data tracking. The results of this study produced a monitoring system for biogas reactor operational parameters. The Type K Thermocouple achieved an accuracy of 98.71% with an error of 1.29%, the pH Probe achieved an accuracy of 99.55% with an error of 0.45%, and the Pressure Transmitter achieved an accuracy of 98.66% with an error of 1.34%.
