Abstract

PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries merupakan sebuah industri tekstil yang menggunakan sistem job order. PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries sudah memiliki kerangka pengukuran kinerja, tetapi pengukuran kinerja hanya diukur secara fungsional dan hanya dari perspektif output saja. Tanpa menggunakan sistem pengukuran kinerja untuk mengontrol kinerja supply chain, perusahaan akan mengalami penurunan kinerja pada beberapa bagian atau keseluruhan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian dengan mengembangkan suatu kerangka kerja pengukuran kinerja supply chain dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan model Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan metode pembobotan yang mampu melakukan pembobotan tidak hanya atas dasar hubungan hierarki antar-perspektif, tetapi juga mampu mengakomodasikan sifat hubungan saling keterkaitan (dependencies) antar-perspektif supply chain yang digunakan sebagai tolok ukur perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan. Fokus pengembangan indikator kinerja pada sistem pengukuran supply chain tersebut didasarkan atas proses-proses utama supply chain yang ada pada model SCOR, yaitu perspektif plan (perencanaan), source (sourcing), make (produksi), dan delivery (pengiriman), di mana terdapat penambahan satu perspektif baru, yaitu customer service and satisfaction. Sedangkan model Quality Function Deployment (QFD) digunakan untuk pemilihan indikator yang diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan perbaikan dan dijadikan acuan dalam membuat usulan inisiatif perbaikan kinerja supply chain agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja supply chain perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain (berdasarkan nilai kinerja aktual, scoring system, proses normalisasi, dan traffic light system) yang paling tinggi terjadi pada periode bulan September 2007 (399,09) dan paling rendah pada periode bulan Juni 2007 (373,55), yang digolongkan sebagai kinerja perusahaan yang paling buruk. Selain itu, dari hasil pengukuran terdapat tiga KPI yang memiliki tingkat kinerja yang rendah dan memerlukan prioritas perbaikan, yaitu Delivery Flexibility dan Reliability of Employee to Customer Service Process.

PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries represents a textile industry using a job order system. PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries has an existing performance measurement framework, but the performance is measured only functionally and from the output perspective. Without using a performance measurement system to control supply chain performance, the company may experience a degradation of performance in some areas or in its overall performance. Therefore, this research develops a supply chain performance measurement framework using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is a weighting method capable of conducting weighting not only on the basis of hierarchical relationships between perspectives but also of accommodating interdependent relationships between supply chain perspectives used as benchmarks for designing and measuring company performance. The development of performance indicators in the supply chain measurement system focuses on the main supply chain processes in the SCOR model, namely the perspectives of plan, source, make, and delivery, with the addition of a new perspective, namely customer service and satisfaction. Meanwhile, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) model is used to select indicators that are prioritized for improvement and serve as a reference in developing proposed supply chain performance improvement initiatives to improve the company's supply chain performance. Based on the analysis, supply chain performance measurement, based on actual performance values, scoring system, normalization process, and traffic light system, showed the highest value in September 2007 (399.09) and the lowest value in June 2007 (373.55), which was classified as the company's poorest performance. In addition, the measurement results identified three KPIs with low performance levels that required priority improvement, namely Delivery Flexibility and Reliability of Employee to Customer Service Process.
