Abstract
Dealer merupakan sarana bagi Telkomsel untuk mendistribusikan produknya. Tetapi, saat ini produk Telkomsel tidak terdistribusi dengan merata. Pendistribusian produk terpusat pada daerah tertentu. Daerah pemasaran produk dari dealer tidak dapat diketahui. Bahkan sistem pencatatan distribusi pun masih manual. Oleh karena itu, maka perlu dibuatkan rancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi untuk mengatur dan memonitor dealer tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi tersebut dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan desain, dan setelah desain diimplementasikan, dilakukan uji coba terhadap beberapa fungsi yang mewakili fungsi sejenis untuk mengevaluasi sekuritas penggunaan, input data, proses dan kesesuaian laporan. Hasilnya, berupa aplikasi Manajemen dealer yang memiliki fungsi pengelolaan dealer, pengawasan distribusi produk, survey terhadap dealer serta fasilitas-fasilitas lain yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan data pengguna dan pengaturan tampilan sistem.

Dealers are the medium for Telkomsel to distribute its product. But, now product Telkomsel is not well distributed. Product distribution is centered in certain region. Product marketing from dealer is unknown. Even distribution registry system is still manual. Therefore, its needs to make a system information that design implemented to manage and monitors dealer. The development of application began with system requirement identification, drawned out by design makings, and after design implemented, do some test-driving to check the function that represent same function that evaluate sekurity, data input, process and reporting suitability. Its result, application of dealer’s Management that have dealer’s management function, product distribution observation, survey dealer and other facilities that engaged with user data management and system appearance arrangement.
