Abstract

Beberapa rumah sakit telah mempunyai perangkat lunak sistem informasi rumah sakit, namun terdapat beberapa alasan yang menyebabkan pihak rumah sakit ingin memperbaiki perangkat lunak yang lama, diantaranya adalah karena perangkat lunak yang lama sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan proses bisnis yang ada atau ingin mengganti basis teknologi perangkat lunak lama dengan basis teknologi yang lebih baru sehingga dihasilkan tampilan yang lebih enak dipandang dan support basis data yang lebih baik. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan sebuah proses rekayasa ulang terhadap perangkat lunak yang sudah ada. Proses-proses rekayasa ulang yang dikerjakan dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah analisis spesifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak dan desain arsitektur perangkat lunak. Hasil pengerjaan analisis spesifikasi perangkat lunak dan desain arsitektur perangkat lunak didokumentasikan sesuai dengan Ready SET. Proses pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dimulai dengan mempelajari fungsi-fungsi yang terdapat pada perangkat lunak yang kemudian dianalisis dan didokumentasikan sesuai dengan standar Ready SET. Hasil analisis tersebut dijadikan acuan dalam merancang perangkat lunak yang baru, proses ini juga didokumentasikan sesuai Ready SET.

Some hospitals already have hospital information system software, but for some reason they want to upgrading their old software. The first reason is because current software does not support actual business process; the second reason is because they want to upgrade base technology of the current software which resulting better graphical user interface and better database support. Reengineering process from old software are needed to realize above process. In this final project the process of reengineering which writer do is define the software requirement specification, create the software design and architecture. And the result is documented on Ready SET template. Process on this final project start with learning how the function on old software work and analyze it and documented it base on Ready SET standard. The result of the analysis become base on the design creation of the new software, this process also documented using Ready SET template.
