Abstract
Pembangunan sistem informasi biasanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan manajemen proyek. Tidak terkecuali pembangunan Sistem Informasi Tata Usaha (SITU) Jurusan Sistem Informasi FTIF ITS Surabaya yang terdiri dari 5 modul yaitu: monitoring TA, monitoring perkuliahan, kas, inventori dan kemahasiswaan. Pembangunan ini melibatkan berbagai sumber daya seperti biaya, waktu, material dan SDM. Banyaknya sumber daya terkait memerlukan perencanaan proyek yang nantinya dijadikan sebagai acuan saat proses eksekusi proyek. Perencanaan Proyek Pembangunan SITU ini dimulai dengan Inisialisasi proyek, dan diteruskan dengan perencanaan proyek yang menggunakan kerangka kerja metode stepwise. Termasuk di dalam kerangka kerja ini meliputi Identifikasi ruang lingkup, infrastruktur dan karakteristik proyek, melakukan identifikasi produk, serta estimasi biaya, waktu, aktifitas dan juga resiko. Di dalam Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan dokumen perencanaan proyek pembangunan SITU berdurasi 73 hari dan berbiaya Rp. 19.256.600,-.

Information System Development is usually do with software engineering project which is using project management. Without the exception of this project development of Administration Information System (AIS) of Information System Departement of ITS Surabaya which is consist of 5 applications modul that is final project monitoring, course monitoring, student monitoring, KAS and inventory system. This development engage a lot of resource such as cost, time, material, and human resources. The number of resources which concerned require project planning in such a way that referable inside project implementation. This project planning of the development of AIS begin with project initialitaiton and continued by project planning using stepwise framework. Those included consist of scope identification, identify project infrastructure, analyse project characteristics, identify project product and activities, estimate cost, time, activities and also risk. In this thesis produces project plan document of AIS project development with duration of 73 days, costs Rp. 19.256.600,-.
