Abstract

Perbedaan pelayanan kesehatan diantara organisasi kesehatan menyebabkan dibutuhkannya sistem informasi yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan organisasi kesehatan yang berbeda. Hal yang terpenting dari sistem informasi ini adalah fleksibilitas untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan organisasi kesehatan yang menerapkannya. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Terpadu (SIRST) memiliki arsitektur yang tidak mampu memberikan fleksibilitas yang dibutuhkan karena memiliki arsitektur yang monolitik. Proses restrukturisasi SIRST pada bagian apotek dan manajemen organisasi kesehatan dimulai dengan melakukan review terhadap dokumen SKPL dan DPPL dari SIRST, melakukan proses klasifikasi dan pemrioritasan komponen, membuat desain komponen dengan prioritas terbanyak dan terakhir mendesain komponen apotek dan manajemen organisasi kesehatan. Komponen ini akan menjadi service dalam arsitektur SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah berupa desain restrukturisasi komponen SIRST dengan menggunakan arsitektur SOA, yaitu desain apotek dan manajemen rumah sakit yang bersifat dapat dilepas dan dipasang secara mandiri. Disamping itu dihasilkan juga komponen "main" yang merupakan komponen utama tempat melekatnya komponen yang lain.

Differences in health services among the health organizations need information systems that can be applied in the different organizations. The most important from this information system is the flexibility to be able to follow the development of health care organizations. The legacy of Integrated Hospital Information System (SIRST) has architecture that is not able to provide the flexibility needed because of its monolithic architecture. SIRST restructuring process in pharmacy and management begin with a review of documents, SKPL and DPPL from SIRST, the process classification and prioritizes components, create components design that have highest priority and create component design for management and pharmacy of health care organizations. This component will be a service in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). Results of this final project is a restructuring design component SIRST using the SOA architecture, the component is pharmacies and management and can be installed independently. Besides, this project are also generated "main" component, which is the main component of this final project.
