Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada sistem PSB yang ada saat ini yaitu adanya perbedaan proses bisnis yang diterapkan pada aplikasi PSB sehingga hanya dapat diterapkan pada satu kota saja. Permasalahan lain pada aplikasi PSB tahun 2008 (khususnya kota Surabaya) yaitu belum memiliki kelengkapan fitur untuk memasukkan data dinas, backup data dan restore data sehingga proses tersebut masih dilakukan dengan bantuan software pendukung. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan aplikasi sistem PSB Online yang memiliki fitur pengaturan aplikasi, masukkan data, backup data, dan restore data. Untuk menyelesaikan pembuatan aplikasi ini dengan menggunakan metode UPM (Unified Process Model) yang mempunyai empat tahapan yaitu tahap awal (inception), tahap perluasan (elaboration), tahap konstruksi (construction), tahap transisi (transition) dengan menggunakan standar pendokumentasian ReadySET. Hasil dari pengerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah aplikasi PSB Online modul pengolahan data dengan studi kasus kota Jakarta dan Surabaya.

Main problems in the existing PSB system at this time is the differences of business processes had applied to the application so that the PSB can only be applied to only one city. Other problems in PSB 2008 (especially the city of Surabaya), namely not have a completeness of features for the official data, data backup and restore data so that the process is still done with the help of software support. To address this need PSB Online application system that has the features of the application, enter data, data backup, and restore data. To complete the making of this application by using the method UPM (Unified Process Model), which has four phases, namely the initial stage (inception), the expansion (elaboration), the construction phase (construction), phase transition (transition) by using standard documentation ReadySET. Results from the processing task is the end of this application PSB Online data processing module with a case study of Jakarta and Surabaya.
