Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi untuk mengatur informasi pada manajemen konstruksi di kontraktor merupakan suatu hal yang jarang dilakukan oleh pihak kontraktor. Hal ini disebabkan berbagai faktor di antaranya adalah ketidakpercayaan secara penuh penerapan teknologi informasi dalam menyingkat proses dari manual menjadi berbasis IT, hal tersebut dimungkinkan terjadi namun jarang disadari. Para pengusaha kontraktor pun lebih memilih pengoperasian kinerja secara manual dimana jika ditilik dari segi biaya dan risiko akan relatif lebih besar. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan sebuah proses pembuatan perangkat lunak yang terintegrasi yaitu menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web. Adapun proses-proses yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur, penyelesaian tahap awal (inception), tahap perluasan (elaboration), tahap konstruksi (construction), dan tahap transisi (transition) dengan menggunakan standar dokumentasi perangkat lunak ReadySET. Modul yang dikerjakan antara lain pengelolaan Projects, Construction Site, Manpower, External Participants, Equipment, Activities, Materials, Accidents, Progress, Headquarter Orders. Adanya sistem informasi kontraktor yang dapat menjembatani proses komunikasi dan informasi diharapkan dapat membantu pihak PT. Cikal Kumala baik dalam bentuk meminimalkan waktu dan biaya juga dapat menjadi keunggulan tersendiri terhadap kompetitor yang dapat ditawarkan.

The use of information systems to manage information on the management of the construction contractor is a matter that is rarely done by the contractor. This is due to various factors such as the contractor not fully trusting the implementation of information technology in the process of manually cut into IT-based, it is possible to occur but are rare. Contractor companies prefer to select the operating performance manually if viewed in terms of cost and risk will be relatively bigger. To realize it required a process of making software that is built using web-based application. The processes of the literature study is done, the settlement of the initial stage (inception), the expansion (elaboration), the construction phase (construction), and phase transition (transition) by using standard software documentation ReadySET. Modules which include the management of Projects, Construction Site, Manpower, External Participants, Equipment, Activities, Materials, Accidents, Progress, Headquarter Orders. There use of an information system contractors who can bridge the communication and information are expected to help PT. Cikal Kumala in the form of minimizing the time and cost.
