Abstract

Memang tidak bisa dipungkiri, era teknologi informasi memang berkembcmg sangat pesat. Kebutuhan akan informasi menjadi sebuah tuntutan bagi semua orang. Tak terkecuali bagi pengunjung sebuah acara. DetEksi Convention, konvensi anak mnda terbesar di Indonesia lahir di Surabaya. Dengan kekuatan utama pameran mading, acara ini sudah menjadi tontonan wajib bagi anak mnda Jawa Timur. Bahkan, tidak jarang anak kecil dan orang tua pun juga menjadi saksi kehebohan acara ini. Dalam 10 hari penyelenggaraan acara, hampir 60 ribu pengunjung rela antre untuk melihat acara ini. Ketika di dalam pameran, ribuan peserta, ratusan karya dan berbagai kompetisi ditandingkan. Pengunjung pun banyak yang memerlukan informasi tentang acara ini. Panitia pun juga membutuhkan aplikasi untuk mengolah data peserta secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan sebuah sistem yang bisa menjadi solusi bagi semua elemen pendukung acara ini. Sebuah aplikasi berbasis flash yang dikembangkan dengan teknologi Adobe Flex, dengan metode Rich Internet Application (RIA) digabtmgkan dengan aplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP bisa menjadi solusi bagi seluruh komponen DetEksi Convention.

As we know, the era information technologi is developing rapidly. Information needs will become an important requirement for all people, including even visitors. DetEksi Convention, The Indonesia fs biggest youth convention, was held in SurabayaWith mading competition, the main focus of this event, DetEksi Convention become the compulsory spectacle for the young people in East Java, even for a little boy or adult people» In the ten days of the event\ almost 60 thousands visitors willing to stand in a line to see this event. In the exhibition, thousands of participants, hundreds of works, and various competitions has compete, And also, visitors also need information of this event. The committee also requires the application to manage the participant ’s data systematically. Therefore, need to be developed a system that could be the solution for all of the elements supporting this event. A flash-based application that are developed with Adobe Flex Technology, which have Rich Internet Apllication (RIA) method\ combined with web-based application with PHP programming language, could be a solution for all elements which supporting DetEksi Convention.
