Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi keuangan proyek merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan proyek pada perusahaan jasa. Pada Divisi Operasi PT Surveyor Indonesia Cabang Surabaya, proses administrasi keuangan proyek melibatkan berbagai dokumen dan data yang saling berkaitan, mulai dari Master Agreement, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Service Order (SO), Purchase Order (PO), Service Acceptance Paper (SAP), invoice, hingga pembayaran. Data tersebut sebelumnya dikelola melalui beberapa file Microsoft Excel dan dokumen PDF yang terpisah, sehingga keterkaitan antara tahap harus dicocokkan secara manual dan tidak memiliki riwayat perubahan. Kerja praktik ini menghasilkan aplikasi web Project Finance yang dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3, bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL atau MariaDB, Bootstrap, dan JavaScript. Sistem mencakup pengelolaan master data dan BOQ, pembuatan dan persetujuan SO, pembuatan PO secara manual maupun dari dokumen PDF, pembuatan SAP, pengelolaan invoice dan pembayaran, impor data dari Microsoft Excel, monitoring per item SO, rekonsiliasi PO dan invoice, ekspor laporan, serta riwayat perubahan data. Pengujian black box terhadap 28 skenario menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai hasil yang diharapkan. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mengintegrasikan data administrasi keuangan proyek dalam satu basis data serta membantu pemantauan sisa anggaran, nilai tagihan, dan pembayaran secara lebih terstruktur.

Project financial administration management is one of the important aspects in supporting the effectiveness of project implementation in service companies. In the Operations Division of PT Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Branch, the project financial administration process involves various interrelated documents and data, ranging from the Master Agreement, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Service Order (SO), Purchase Order (PO), and Service Acceptance Paper (SAP) to invoices and payments. This data was previously managed through several separate Microsoft Excel files and PDF documents, so the links between stages had to be matched manually and there was no change history. This practical work produced a Project Finance web application developed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, the PHP programming language, a MySQL or MariaDB database, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The system covers master data and BOQ management, SO creation and approval, PO creation both manually and from PDF documents, SAP creation, invoice and payment management, data import from Microsoft Excel, monitoring per SO item, PO and invoice reconciliation, report export, and data change history. Black box testing across 28 scenarios showed that all functions performed as expected. The developed system can integrate project financial administration data into a single database and help monitor the remaining budget, invoice amounts, and payments in a more structured way.
