Abstract

Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya merupakan pelabuhan petikemas dan curah kering yang dibangun sebagai upaya untuk mengurai kepadatan arus barang dan petikemas yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Saat ini, Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya merupakan satu-satunya pelabuhan yang berkonsep ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Hal tersebut merupakan terobosan positif dalam mengnyinergikan antara kemajuan pembangunan dan teknologi namun tetap berupaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang sejauh mana efektivitas penerapan konsep ecoport telah dilakukan di Terminal Teluk Lamong Surabaya. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan konsep ecoport, perlu dilakukan penyusunan guidelines dan kuisioner, yang kemudian kuisioner tersebut dibagikan kepada sejumlah responden serta melakukan wawancara dengan pihak yang terkait. Setelah itu, akan dilakukan penilaian terhadap kuisioner yang disebar berdasarkan pada guidelines. Penyusunan guidelines ini dirujuk dari beberapa pedoman, yakni Pedoman Teknis Ecoport Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut dan Draf Perangkat Penilaian Kawasan Berkelanjutan Green Building Council (GBC) Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kemudian akan dilakukan analisis efektivitas konsep ecoport. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui Terminal Teluk Lamong memperoleh peringkat kategori “GOLD” berdasarkan perangkat penilaian yang dikeluarkan oleh Green Building Council (GBC) Indonesia, serta telah memenuhi beberapa poin yang dijadikan komponen penilaian dalam Pedoman Teknis Ecoport Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut, selain itu juga memperoleh peringkat kategori “Sangat Baik” berdasarkan Draf Guidelines Pelabuhan Berwawasan Lingkungan. ============================================================================================== Teluk Lamong Terminal Surabaya is a container and dry bulk port which built in an attempt to unravel flow density of goods and containers that occurred in Tanjung Perak Port of Surabaya. Currently, Teluk Lamong Terminal Surabaya is the only greenport in Indonesia. This is a positive breakthrough to equalize between development and technological progress, but still trying to preserve the environment. This final project discusses about effectiveness of ecoport concept application in Teluk Lamong Terminal Surabaya. To determine the effectiveness of ecoport concept application, preparation of guidelines and questionnaire is needed, which then is distributed to a number of questionnaire respondents and conduct interviews with relevant parties. Thereafter, there will be an assessment of the questionnaires distributed based on the guidelines. The preparation of these guidelines were referred from some of the guidelines, namely The Ecoport Technical Guidelines Directorate General of Sea Transportation and Draft Rating Tool of Sustainable Neighborhood Green Building Council (GBC) Indonesia. Based on the results of the assessment, then will be conducted analysis of the effectiveness of ecoport concept. From the analysis results can be identified that Terminal Lamong Bay received ratings category "GOLD" which based on the assessment issued by the Green Building Council (GBC) Indonesia, and has met some of the points that made components of the assessment in The Ecoport Technical Guidelines Ecoport Directorate General of Sea, while also obtaining ranking category of "Very Good" which based on the Environmental Port Draft Guidelines
