Abstract
Jacket Structure merupakan salah satu bangunan lepas pantai yang paling banyak
digunakan di perairan Indonesia. Anjungan ini efektif untuk digunakan pada perairan
dangkal. Namun dalam pembuatannya sering sekali mengalami keterlambatan pada
proses fabrikasi. Sehingga di butuhkan evaluasi pada saat proses fabrikasi dengan
menggunakan metode earned value analysis (EVA). Metode ini digunakan untuk
mengetahui peringatan dini ketika proyek fabrikasi jacket structure berlangsung.
Selain itu, dengan menggunakan metode EVA kita dapat meminimalisir
keterlambatan proyek fabrikasi. Pada tugas akhir ini, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap
kinerja, biaya dan waktu terhadap proyek pembangunan jacket structure dengan
hanya meninjau pekerjaan fabrikasi. Metode EVA diterapkan pada penelitian ini
dengan memperhitungkan PV (Plan value), EV (Earned Value) dan AC (Actual
Cost). Nilai tersebut didapatkan karena adanya nilai BAC (Budgeted at Completed)
sebesar $3,266,786.93 dan waktu pengerjaan 26 minggu untuk proyek fabrikasi
Jacket Structure. Dari nilai tersebut bisa mencari dan menghitung nilai kumulatif PV,
EV dan AC di setiap peninjauan, dari perhitungan kumulatif bisa mencari nilai
Variance di setiap peninjauan. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja
dari PT.X pada minggu ke-26 dari aspek biaya dan waktu menunjukan bahwa
pelaksanaan proyek ini memperoleh kerugian bernilai negative (-$275,578.32)
berdasarkan Cost Variance dan mengalami keterlambatan bernilai negative (-
$551,156.63) berdasarkan Schedule Variance. Perkiraan biaya yang dibutuhkan
sebesar $3,567,754.11 dan perkiraan waktu untuk menyelesaikan proyek adalah 36.65
minggu.

Jacket Structure is one of many type of offshore structure which is mainly used in
Indonesian waters. This structure is effective in shallow water. However in terms of
fabrication, they are prone to delay. In that case, evaluation using earned value
analysis is needed in fabrication process. This method is benefiting in early
recognition at start of the fabrication process. Nevertheless, by using EVA method,
Fabrication project delay can be reduced. In this report, evaluations of cost and time
towards jacket structure construction were done by considering fabrication process.
EVA method implemented in this report was calculating Plan Value (PV), Earned
Value (EV) and Actual Cost (AC). Those values are calculated towards Budgeted at
Completed (BAC) value, which is $3,266,786.93 and working period at 26 weeks for
jacket structure fabrication project. From those numbers, cumulative values of PV,
EV, and AC in every observation can be calculated. Finally, from cumulative values,
Variance numbers can be calculated in every observation. This report shows that in
PT.X at weeks 26th, this project develop negativity, (-$275,578.32) based upon cost
variance, and delayed at (-$551,156.63) based upon schedule variance in terms of
cost and time. Estimated cost needed to complete this project is $3,567,754.11 and
estimated time needed for this project is 36.65 weeks.
