Abstract

Pada studi ini akan dilakukan analisis hubung singkat pada sistem distribusi PT. PERTAMINA RU V. Analisis hubung singkat dilakukan pada bus utama PT. PERTAMINA RU V dengan rating 6,6 kV dan melihat pada bus mana yang tidak mampu menahan besarnya arus gangguan karena adanya retrofit generator STG I-4 yang terhubung pada sistem kelistrikan PT. PERTAMINA RU V. Saat terjadi gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa peak pada bus 2HT dan 3HT, rating bracing peak pada bus sebesar 78,75 kA tidak mampu menahan arus gangguan sebesar 84,72 kA. Agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada bus tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah device pembatas arus gangguan yaitu Saturated Iron – Core Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SISFCL). SISFCL dipasang pada satu incoming yang terhubung ke bus 2HT dimana pada incoming ini menyumbang arus kontribusi. Setelah dipasang SISFCL, nilai arus gangguan pada bus 2HT dan 3HT berkurang dari 84,72 kA menjadi 73,12 kA. Arus gangguan pada incoming yang dipasang SISFCL juga akan berkurang sehingga setting koordinasi proteksi untuk rele arus lebih juga akan berubah untuk itu diperlukan setting ulang pada beberapa rele. Setting ulang ditunjukkan pada kurva TCC ( Time Current Curve)

In this study will be analyzed of short circuit at the distribution system PT. PERTAMINA RU V. Short circuit analysis performed on the main bus PT. PERTAMINA RU V with a rating of 6.6 kV and knowing where the buses are not able to withstand the magnitude of the fault current because of retrofit generator STG I-4 are connected to the electrical system of the PT. Pertamina RU V. During a peak of short circuit three-phase on the bus 2HT and 3HT, rating bracing peak on the bus at 78.75 kA unable to resist the fault current of 84.72 kA. To avoid damage to the bus, electrical distribution needed a device that fault current limiters Saturated Iron - Core Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SISFCL). SISFCL installed on the incoming from STG I-4 and connected to the bus 2HT where the incoming current of contributions. Once installed SISFCL, the value of the fault current at bus 2HT and 3HT reduced from 84.72 into 73.12 kA kA. Current disturbances in the incoming mounted SISFCL will also be reduced until setting relay coordination for overcurrent protection will also be changed so that the necessary settings in some relay. Resetting shown in the TCC (Time Current Curve).
