Abstract

Villa merupakan suatu tempat tinggal yang mampu mewadahi kebutuhan
peristirahatan, berekreasi dan berwisata. Penulis mengambil objek ‘The Bali Villas’ yang
berlokasi di Cemagi, Bali karena desain villa ini memiliki sebuah tantangan yaitu bagaimana
mengarahkan view from site ke view lepas yang bisa menghasilkan pemandangan yang bagus.
Perlu adanya pengamatan dan penghayatan yang mendalam tentang makna arsitektur
dan interior, sehingga dapat melahirkan karakter desain yang kuat. Karena parameter
keindahan dan kenyamanan yang tercipta adalah cerminan dari penghayatan dan pengamatan
yang mendalam tentang budaya Bali setempat.
Mengingat banyaknya arus moderitas terus menerus menerjang masuk, hanya
kebudayaan atau tradisi khas dari nenek moyang kita lah yan dapat menjadi control terhadap
efek arus tersebut. Diwujudkan dengan mengangkat kembali kebudayaan yang pernah ada di
Indonesia, terutama kebudayaan Bali, dengan tidak mengesampingkan keberadaan unsur
modern, yang mana keduanya dapat berjalan beriringan.
Laporan ini berisi pembahasan tentang obyek yang akan dikaji, yaitu “Implementasi
Bali Natural sebagai Aksentuasi Pendukung Visualisasi Modern Desain Interior The Bali
Villas”. Tema desain yang akan dipakai adalah modern natural. Konsep ini diaplikasikan
pada pemilihan warna dan penggunaan material yang dapat mendukung suasana ruang.
Keunikan lokasi site juga merupakan suatu daya tarik yang dapat diaplikasikan dengan
perbedaan material dan tinggi lantai.
Hasil desain berupa sebuah villa dengan konsep desain interior modern natural.
Obyek diharapkan mampu menjadi sebuah karya interior yang menggambarkan citra tentang
bangunan yang unik dan menggunakan unsur-unsur elemen interior yang tidak biasa sehingga
dapat menimbulkan apresiasi dari masyarakat.

Villa is a shelter that is able to accommodate the rest needs, recreation and travel. The
author takes the object 'The Bali Villas' where located in Cemagi, Bali, because villa design
has a challenge to how direct the view from the site to view off that could produce a nice
sight.
Need to observation and deep appreciation of the meaning architecture and interior
design so that it can giving birth to a strong character. Because the parameters of beauty and
comfort that is created and reflection of the deep appreciation and observations about the
local Balinese culture.
Given the many currents of modernity continuously crashed into, only typical culture
or traditions of our accentors who can be a control on the flow effect. Realized by lifting back
the culture that once existed in Indonesia, especially Bali culture, with not rule out the
existence of modern elements, both of which can go hand in hand.
This report contain of solution about object to be studied, namely “Implementation
Bali Natural as Supporting Visual Accentuation Modern Interior Design The Bali Villas”.
Theme design to be weared is modern natural. This concept applicate on material used and
color election which can support atmosphere. The unique of location become an application
fascination with material and split level.
Result of design is a villa with modern natural concept interior design. Object
expected to be figure depicting architectural image of the unique building and using the elements of architectural elements that are not used so as to cause an appreciation of the
public.
