Abstract

Air limbah produksi dari kegiatan operasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU) relatf banyak dan memiliki potensi untuk dilakukan pemanfaatan. Unit daur ulang sebagai pilot project sudah diaplikasikan di PLTGU Grati PT Indonesia Power UP Perak Grati dengan kapasitas 4 ton/jam air service. Pengembangan unit pembangkit combined cycle di tahun 2018 akan meningkatkan jumlah air limbah sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan beban pencemaran di area unit. Mempertimbangkan penggunaan alternatif pengembangan unit daur ulang air limbah effluent dari Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) berimplikasi pada sisi lingkungan dan sisi biaya maka dilakukan penilaian terhadap alternatif. Diusulkan metode Life Cycle Assesment (LCA) untuk mengukur dampak terhadap lingkungan dan kajian finansial untuk mengukur kriteria ekonomi. Untuk mengintegrasikan keduanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Focus group discussion dilakukan oleh penentu keputusan pengusulan investasidi unit pembangkit dengan mempertimbangkan hasil pengukuran LCA dengan SimaPro 7.0 dan hasil perhitungan aspek ekonomi. Diperoleh hasil AHP dengan Expert Choice adalah unit daur ulang air limbah MMF-RO memproduksi air servis dengan single score 0,2314 Pt/Ton air servis, payback period 2,5 tahun, IRR 37.5% dan NPV sebesar Rp. 1.186.666.900,- ========================================================================================================================== Waste water generated by the operations of PT Indonesia Power UP Perak Grati (Combined Cycled Power Plant-CCPP) is a very large amount. It has the potential to be used again. Existing recycling unit as a pilot project has a capacity of 4 tons/hour and has reclaimed waste water into service water. Along with the development of PT Indonesia Power UP Perak Grati Plant until year 2018, a new waste recycling unit is required to handle increased waste water products. In order to develop the waste recycling unit for waste water from Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) needs to consider the implications for the environmental impact and cost aspects. A proper assessment of alternatives is required. Method of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is to assess the impact on the environment and also the financial assessment is to measure the economic aspect. Hierarcy Analytical Process (AHP) is to integrate and determine those impacts. Focus group discussions conducted by the decision makers in proposing the investment plan for generating unit by considering the measurement results LCA with SimaPro 7.0 and the results of calculation of economic aspects. The results obtained with the Expert Choice AHP is a waste water recycling unit MMF-RO which producing service water with a single score of 0.2314 Pt / Ton of water service, the payback period of 2.5 years, 37.5% IRR and NPV Rp. 1,186,666,900.
