Abstract

Penambahan daya dan interkoneksi sistem jaringan listrik di PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia mengakibatkan arus gangguan hubung singkat menjadi lebih tinggi dari level sebelum adanya penambahan daya dan interkoneksi jaringan. Arus tersebut dapat melampaui device capability peralatan sistem sehingga dapat merusak peralatan. Agar penggantian peralatan existing tidak dilakukan, maka arus gangguan hubung singkat
harus diminimalisir agar nilainya dibawah level device capability peralatan. Hybrid SFCL digunakan untuk mereduksi arus gangguan pada sistem.

Saat terjadi gangguan sebelum pemasangan Hybrid SFCL arus hubung singkat maksimum 3 fasa simetri 1⁄2 cycle pada bus 52S1 dan 52S2 sebesar 51,1 kA dan 67 kA, rating bracing rms device capability sebesar 40 kA. Setelah pemasangan Hybrid SFCL dengan impedansi sebesar 0,028 Ω untuk bus 52S1, nilai arus gangguan berkurang dari
51,1 kA menjadi 35 kA. Untuk bus 52S2 dengan impedansi sebesar 0,2 Ω, nilai arus gangguan berkurang dari 67 kA menjadi 34,9 kA. Penambahan Hybrid SFCL mengakibatkan arus hubung singkat turun, sehingga dilakukan resetting untuk proteksi rele arus lebih. Hasil koordinasi ditampilkan dalam bentuk kurva Time Current Curve (TCC).

Dengan pemasangan Hybrid SFCL dapat memperkecil arus
hubung singkat dan sebagai pengaman peralatan listrik serta dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya untuk penggantian peralatan listrik.

Ajinomoto Indonesia can result a short circuit fault current becomes higher than the level before the addition of the generator and network interconnection. These currents can exceed the device capability of system equipment so that it can damage the equipment. In order for the replacement of existing equipment is not done, then the short circuit fault current must be minimized so that the value below the level of device capability equipment. Hybrid SFCL used to reduce short circuit fault current in the system.
When an interruption occurs prior to the installation of Hybrid SFCL maximum short circuit current of 3 phase symmetry 1/2 cycle on the bus 52S1 and 52S2 51.1 kA and 67 kA, rms bracing device capability rating of 40 kA. After the installation of Hybrid SFCL with an impedance of 0.028 Ω to bus 52S1, fault current value decreased from 51.1 kA to 35 kA. For bus 52S2 with an impedance of 0.2 Ω, the current rating of 67 kA reduced interference becomes 34.9 kA. Addition of Hybrid SFCL resulting in short-circuit current decline, so do resetting relay for overcurrent protection. The coordination displayed in the form of Time Current Curve (TCC).
With the installation of Hybrid SFCL can reduce short-circuit current and the electrical equipment safety and to minimize expenses for the replacement of electrical equipment.
