Abstract
Pipeline merupakan sarana transportasi diam yang berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan fluida baik dalam bentuk liquid maupun gas. Sementara itu, resiko didefinisikan sebagai kombinasi antara kemungkinan terjadinya kegagalan (probability of failure) dan konsekuensi terjadinya kegagalan (consequence of failure). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan implementasi penilaian resiko dengan menggunakan model indeks atau scoring seperti yang dikembangkan oleh Muhlbauer. Pipeline yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah pipa yang berlokasi di Legundi - Cerme, Area Surabaya. Pipa tersebut memiliki ukuran diameter 12 inci yang menyalurkan fluida gas. Metode scoring didasarkan pada indeks sum yang terdiri dari indeks kerusakan akibat pihak ketiga dengan skor rata – rata 57.71, indeks korosi dengan skor rata – rata 68, indeks desain dengan skor rata – rata 75, indeks kesalahan operasi dengan skor rata – rata 90. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan leak impact factor. leak impact factor yang terdiri dari product hazard ,leak volume, dispersion, receptors . Hasil perkiraan skor kriteria untuk product hazard adalah 7, bocor atau spill volume adalah 0.4, dispersion pada skor 0.8, variasi skor reseptor bernilai antara 10.8 sampai dengan 15.9. Relative risk score rata – rata yang diperoleh pada perhitungan adalah 9.87, yang merupakan hasil pembagian antara index sum dengan leak impact factor .

Furthermore, leak impact factor calculation. leak impact factor consisting of product hazard, leak volume, dispersion, receptors. Estimates for product hazard criteria score is 7, leak or spill volume is 0.4, the dispersion on a 0.8 score, score receptor variation value of between 10.8 up to 15.9. Relative risk score average - average obtained in the calculation is 9.87, which is the result of dividing the sum by the leak index impact factor.
