Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Jawa Timur sekaligus kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah Jakarta dengan jumlah penduduk 2.947.816 jiwa. Menurut data PBB, penyandang disabilitas di Surabaya diperkirakan mencapai 6 persen dari total penduduk. Jumlah yang cukup banyak ini, seharusnya Pemerintah Kota Surabaya bisa menyediakan sekolah inklusi dengan jumlah yang memadai sehingga dapat menampung seluruh siswa penyandang disabilitas fisik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kota Surabaya, bertujuan untuk melakukan pembuatan sistem informasi geografis yang dapat membantu monitoring dan perencanaan bagi sekolah menengah inklusi menggunakan ArcGIS 10.2 serta melakukan visualisasi menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisa persebaran sekolah menengah inklusi adalah terdapat 20 sekolah menengah inklusi. Terdapat 2 SMA Negeri Inklusi dan 18 SMP Negeri Inklusi. Persebaran SMA Negeri Inklusi yaitu 1 SMA Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Utara dan 1 SMA Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Selatan. Persebaran SMP Negeri Inklusi yaitu 3 SMP Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Pusat, 3 SMPN Inklusi di Surabaya Utara, 3 SMP Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Barat, 3 SMP Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Selatan dan 6 SMP Negeri Inklusi di Surabaya Timur. ================================================================= Surabaya is the capital of East Java province once the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta with a population of 2,947,816 inhabitants. According to UN data, persons with disabilities in Surabaya is estimated at 6 percent of the total population. These considerable amounts, city officials should be able to provide inclusive school with an adequate amount so that it can accommodate all students with physical disabilities. In this study conducted by making geographic information systems to assist the monitoring and planning for high school inclusion using ArcGIS 10.2 and visualized using Visual Basic 6.0. The results obtained from the analysis of the distribution of secondary school inclusion is there are 20 high school inclusion. There are 2 Senior High School Inclusion and 18 Junior High School Inclusion. Distribution of Senior High School Inclusion are 1 senior high school inclusion in North Surabaya and 1 senior high school Inclusion in South Surabaya. Distribution of Junior High School are 3 junior high school inclusion in Surabaya Center, 3 junior high school inclusions in North Surabaya, 3 junior high school Inclusion in West Surabaya, 3 junior high school inclusion in South Surabaya and 6 junior high school Inclusion in East Surabaya.
