Abstract
Perencanaan struktur jembatan perlu mempertimbangkan desain yang tepat agar material yang digunakan menjadi efektif. Jembatan Sembayat Baru II di Kabupaten Gresik yang didesain menggunakan jembatan busur beton dengan bentang 93 m dimana terdapat pilar pada badan sungai, menjadi tidak efektif karena dapat mengurangi effective linear waterway sungai tersebut. Pertimbangan jembatan bentang panjang yang berupa busur merupakan keputusan yang tepat, hanya saja bentang yang didesain masih kurang maksimal. Dalam perencanaan ini, jembatan Sembayat Baru II didesain dengan tetap menggunakan jembatan busur namun material beton dirubah menjadi material baja, dimana dengan penggunaan material baja, bentang jembatan dapat lebih maksimal. Sehingga dari desain awal yang terdapat 5 bentang jembatan prategang dan 1 bentang jembatan busur, dirubah menjadi 4 bentang jembatan prategang dan 1 jembatan busur tipe a half through arch dengan bentang 144 m. Dasar perencanaan jembatan mengacu pada peraturan BMS 1992 dan SNI 1729-2015. Tahapan perencanaan jembatan dimulai dari perhitungan lantai kendaraan dan trotoar, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan gelagar memanjang dan melintang serta perhitungan jumlah shear connector. Kemudian analisa perhitungan struktur utama dan sekunder menggunakan bantuan software MIDAS Civil 2011. Dari hasil perencanaan, didapat profil struktur busur utama yaitu menggunakan profil Box 800x500x38x38 dan batang tarik menggunakan profil Box 800x600x45x45. Perhitungan accidental load yang berupa 1 batang penggantung putus menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa jembatan masih mampu menahan beban layan selama masa perbaikan. Metode pelaksanaan yang ditinjau menggunakan sistem Full Cantilever.

The right design are needed in planning of bridge structure to reach the effective number of materials. Sembayat Baru II Bridge in Gresik which designed using concrete arch bridge with 93 m span and a pier in the middle of canal is not effective because it can make the scouring problem. The decision to using arch bridge is right, but the span design of bridge are not effective. In this design, Sembayat Baru II bridge is designed with arch bridge, but the concrete material is replaced with steel. The steel material can increase the span of bridge, thus previously the design with 5 span prestressed bridge and 1 arch bridge, become to 4 span prestressed bridge and 144 m span arch bridge with a half through type.
The codes for the bridge design used BMS 1992 and SNI 1729-2015. The steps of planning are started from determined the bridge deck and pedestrian way, continued with determined the stringers and cross girders and calculating the number of shear connectors. The next step is to analyze the primary and secondary structures with MIDAS Civil 2011 software The result of primary arch structures and tie beams used box profile of 800x500x38x38 and 800x600x45x45 respectively. The design of bridge was also considered the accidental load condition, which 1 hanger collapse. The result concluded that the bridge still survive to handle the service load along the maintenance time. This final project provided a staging analysis using full cantilever system.
