Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kekuatan pipa bawah laut terhadap tarikan pukat, meliputi besar gaya dan durasi tarikan dan respon pipa akibat gaya tarik maksimum. Analisis dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan variasi kecepatan tarik pukat 3 knot, 4 knot, dan 5 knot; dan variasi ketinggian bentangan (Hsp) pada pipa 0 m dan 1 m. Permodelan dan analisis elemen hingga dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ANSYS-Transient Structural dan ANSYS-Static Structural. Gaya tarik horizontal (Fp) bertambah 50.35% dan gaya tarik vertikal (Fz) bertambah 9.81% pada setiap peningkatan 30% kecepatan. Dan gaya tarik horizontal (Fp) bertambah 49.25% pada perubahan tinggi bentangan sebesar 1m. Sehingga kecepatan tarik papan pukat merupakan parameter signifikan dalam fenomena tarikan pukat pada pipa.Gaya tarik horizontal (Fp) dan vertikal (Fz) terbesar dialami pada kasus pipa dengan tinggi bentangan (Hsp) 1m dan kecepatan tarik pukat 5knot, nilainya berturut-turut 109.970 kN dan 893.02 kN.Akibat gaya tarik horizontal (Fp) dan vertikal (Fz) maksimum, pipa mengalami tegangan maksimum sebesar 206.08 MPa dan defleksi maksimum sebesar 0.2094 m. Pipa tidak mengalami fenomena local buckling. Karena memenuhi kriteria desain menurut DNV-OS-F101 dengan Unity Check (UC) 0.197. ================================================================================================================== In this study will be discussed about the strength analysis of subsea pipeline due trawl board pullover. the Covering the value of pullover forces and the response of the pipeline due the maximum pullover force. The analysis conducted using ANSYS-Transient Structural and ANSYS-Static Structural. The result shows that 30% increases in velocity result in 50.35% increase in maximum horizontal pullover force and 9.81% increase in maximum vertical pullover force. And 1m increases in span height of the pipeline result in 49.25% increase in maximum horizontal pullover force. Can be concluded that the most significant parameter for trawl board pullover is the speed of trawl boat. The maximum horizontal and vertical pullover force is 109.97 kN and 0.89 kN respectively. The equivalent stress of the pipeline due to maximum pullover force is 206.08 MPa that satisfied the design criteria according to DNV-OS-F101. And the maximum deflection of the pipeline due to maximum pullover force is 0.2094m. In addition, the value of unity check for local buckling also satisfied the design criteria according to DNV-OS-F101 with the value of unity check 0.197.
