Abstract

Perusahaan yang bisa bertahan adalah perusahaan yang bisa menyesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan. Terdapat berbagai stakeholders dalam lingkungan perusahaan, salah satunya yaitu masyarakat. Masyarakat merupakan lingkungan sosial yang terkena dampak dari keberadaan perusahaan, baik dampak positif maupun negatif. Seiring perkembangan globalisasi saat ini maka perusahaan tak hanya dituntut untuk mendapatkan profit, namun juga kontribusi terhadap masyarakat sekitar atau lebih sering dikenal sebagai program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Tak hanya perusahaan yang profit oriented, non profit oriented seperti perguruan tinggi juga mempunyai tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian study case pada ITS Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk melakukan studi identifikasi program Campus Social Responsibility (CSR) ITS. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Corporate Shared Value (CSV) dengan value chain sebagai tools untuk analisis aktivitas operasional ITS. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara secara langsung kepada pihak terkait ITS, aparat kelurahan dan tokoh masyarakat sekitar ITS. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan masyarakat ITS teringkas dalam 4 aspek yaitu pendidikan, lingkungan, manajemen usaha/bisnis dan pengembangan wilayah pesisir. Terdapat 33 alternatif program CSR ITS terdiri dari 16 alternatif program CSR ITS bidang ekonomi, 3 alternatif program CSR ITS bidang sosial dan 14 alternatif program CSR ITS bidang lingkungan. Selain itu juga terdapat 3 sumber pendanaan untuk pembiayaan alternatif program CSR ITS yang telah disusun. ========================================================================================= A sustainable company is a company which has the capability to adapt with environment. There are stakeholders in company environment, one of them is society. Society is a social environment that affected by the existence of company, either positive or negative impact. With the globalization development, company is not only demanded to generate profit, but also contribute to society or recognized more as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Not only the profit oriented company, but also non-profit oriented such as university which has the responsibility to social environment. This research is a study case in ITS Surabaya, which aims to study program identification CSR ITS. The approach used in this research is Creating Shared Value (CSV). This research includes society’s problems and needs in developing company’s strategy, and using value chain as tools to analyze ITS operational activities. The method used in this research is direct interview to ITS related party and society leaders around ITS. The conclusions of this research indicate that the society around ITS needs in four aspects which are education, environment, business management and development of coastal areas. There are 33 programs of CSR ITS consist of 16 alternative CSR ITS programs in economy, 3 alternative CSR ITS programs in social, and 14 alternative CSR ITS programs in environment. Besides, there are 3 sources for financing alternative CSR ITS programs.
