Abstract

Salah satu sistem struktur yang biasa digunakan untuk struktur bentang panjang adalah sistem struktur rangka ruang (space truss). Sistem rangka batang ruang merupakan perakitan 3 dimensi dari elemen-elemen linear, sehingga beban yang dipikul akan didistribusikan secara 3 dimensi. Sambungan antar elemen tidak memikul momen atau torsi. Masing-masing elemen hanya memikul beban aksial tarik atau tekan. Sistem rangka ruang mempunyai efektifitas dalam biaya dan aplikasi dalam struktur bentang besar jika dibandingkan dengan rangka batang bidang, balok konvensional, dan sistem plat. Sistem struktur ini relatif lebih ringan, mudah di-fabrikasi dan transportasi, mudah dalam pemasangan, dan durasi konstruksi relatif lebih pendek. Atap Stadion Mimika-Papua awalnya direncanakan menggunakan rangka batang bidang dari pipa baja. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, atap baja yang menggunakan rangka batang bidang tersebut dimodifiksi menggunakan rangka batang ruang tipe busur. Analisa struktur menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan kontrol terhadap elemen struktur baja dan perencanaan elemen struktur beton yang meliputi pelat lantai, tribun, balok, dan kolom dengan SRPMK. Dari hasil analisa dan perencanaan, didapatkan profil atap baja menggunakan pipa A53 Gr. B dengan diameter antara 25mm s/d 350mm. Untuk struktur beton menggunakan mutu f’c 35 MPa dan menggunakan tulangan baja BJTD 40 dan BJTP 24. ================================================================================================================== One of the structural system which used for long-span structure is a space truss. Space truss system is a three dimensional assembly of linear elements, so that the load will be distributed in three dimensions. The connection between elements are not assume to resist moments of torque. Each of these elements only resist tension and compression axial load. The space truss system has a benefit in the cost effectiveness and application in large span structures when compared to the plane truss, conventional beam and plate system. That structure system is relatively lighter, easy-to-fabrication and mobilization, easy construction, and relatively short construction duration. Roof of Mimika-Papua Stadium was initial planned using plane truss of steel pipe. In this Final Project, plane truss roof structure will be modified using the arc-type space truss. Structure Analysis using SAP 2000 program. Then the steel structure will be the control with The Aplicable Code and concrete structure, such as floor deck, grand stand, beam, and column, will be designed with SRPMK. From the analysis and planning, steel roof profiles obtained using pipe A53 Gr. B with diameters between 25mm until 350mm. For concrete structures using quality f'c 35 MPa and using steel reinforcement BJTD 40 and BJTP 24
