Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Logung terletak di Kabupaten Kudus, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Daerah Irigasi yang memiliki luas sebesar 2810 Ha ini mendapat suplai air dari Bendung Logung. Namun pada kenyataannya pemanfaatan air pada Bendung Logung ini belum optimal dan pembagian airnya masih belum merata. Maka dari itu pada tugas akhir ini dibahas tentang optimasi pemanfaatan air irigasi berdasarkan awal musim tanam.
Untuk optimasi ini diawali dengan melakukan analisa hidrologi, klimatologi serta debit sungai agar kebutuhan air irigasi dapat diketahui. Setelah kebutuhan air irigasi diketahui, dibuat 6 alternatif pola tanam dengan masa awal tanam yang berbeda yaitu November 1, November 2, November 3, Desember 1, Desember 2, serta Desember 3 dan dengan pola tanam padi-polowijo-tebu. Setelah ditentukan masa awal tanam, selanjutnya analisa pembagian air. Pada analisa ini digunakan program linier dengan program bantu POM-Quantity Methods for windows dengan batasan debit andalan dan luas lahan yang tersedia. Output dari perhitungan ini yaitu dapat diketahui luas lahan yang dapat ditanami berdasarkan jenis tanaman dan musim tanamnya serta keuntungan hasil tani yang diperoleh.
Berdasarkan hasil luasan optimum setiap jenis tanaman dari 6 alternatif, diperoleh luasan paling optimum pada masa awal tanam Desember 3 dengan hasil keuntungan produksi sebesar Rp 113.397.338.854,00 dengan pola tanam padi/polowijo/tebu-padi/polowijo/tebu-polowijo/tebu.

Logung’s irrigation area is located in Kudus, Central Java Provincy. It has total area 2.810 Ha. The main source water of this comes from Logung reservoir that supplied from Logung river. The main problem of this irrigation area is that the water not managed optimally yet.. Thus in this thesis discussed about optimizing the utilization of irrigation water by the beginning of the growing season.
In order to reach this main problem, some analysis are done is hidrology analysis, climatology and discharge of Logung river. Based on these, the river discharge can be known. The next step is determining 6 alternated depend on the beginning of 10th daily crop season. The season is 1st,2nd, 3rd of Nopember as well as December. The plant is categoried in 3 groups: rice, crops and sugarcane. Analysis is done by using POM-Quantity Methods for windows. The output of this calculation are knowable arable land area by type of crop and cropping season and the benefits derived agricultural produce.
It can be concluded that in the early days of planting 3rd December is the most optimaly area with the results of the production profits of Rp 113.397.338.854,00 with rice/crops/sugarcane-rice/crops/sugarcane-crops/sugarcane as the cropping pattern.
