Abstract
Dalam menyediakan sebuah layanan, tentulah dibutuhkan sebuah peraturan terikat dan prosedur yang mengatur dari layanan tersebut. Hal ini dilakukan agar layanan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan seharusnya dan apabila timbul permasalahan dapat ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat. Begitu pula dengan layanan yang web hosting, domain, dan colocation server yang disediakan oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) ITS. Saat ini telah banyak domain yang terdaftar menggunakan domain ITS. Meskipun sudah ada hal tersebut, namun belum menyurutkan permintaan yang datang silih berganti ke DPTSI untuk pengajuan layanan ini. Selain itu, tidak terdapat kontrol di dalamnya sehingga pengguna tidak dapat mengetahui apakah pengajuan layanan tersebut telah sesuai atau belum. DPTSI membutuhkan sebuah peraturan dan prosedur yang mengikat dan sistematis yang berkaitan dengan web hosting, domain, dan colocation server untuk mengatur dan mengelola layanan yang diberikan.
Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) mengenai pengelolaan domain, hosting, dan colocation server dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kesenjangan antara kondisi eksisting layanan tersebut di DPTSI dengan kondisi ideal layanan berdasarkan Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI) dan framework ISO 27001:2013.Dari dokumen SOP yang telah dihasilkan dilakukan verifikasi dan validasi untuk memastikan dokumen SOP tersebut telah tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari DPTSI.
Tugas akhir ini menghasilkan dokumen Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) mengenai pengelolaan layanan web hosting, domain, dan colocation server sesuai dengan standar PANDI dan ISO 27002:2013 yang terverifikasi dan valid sehingga dapat membantu DPTSI dalam mengelola layanan tersebut.

To provide a service, provider needs a binding regulation and procedure that set the service. So, the service can run and the problem can be handled quickly and appropriately. Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi Sistem Informasi provides web hosting, domain, and colocation server services. They also need it. Nowadays, there are many domain that use domain ITS. It will increase over time. Moreover, there is no control the services so the users can’t know the groove to apply for the services. DPTSI need some binding and systematic regulations and procedures about web hosting, domain, and colocation server services that can help to organize, manage, and evaluate the services.
Developing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) concerning web hosting, domain, and colocation server management can be done by using a gap analysis between services existing condition in DPTSI with services ideal conditions based on Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI) and framework ISO 27001:2013. Then, the SOP document are verified and validated to ensure it was appropriate and in accordance with DPTSI needs.
The final project is to produce a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document regarding the management of web hosting, domain, and colocation server in accordance with PANDI and ISO 27002:2013 that verified and valid so it can help DPTSI in managing it.
