Abstract

Dalam upaya memenuhi ekspektasi dari pemilik proyek Hotel Batiqa, Kontraktor tentu harus meningkatkan kinerja dari perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk bermutu tinggi, tepat waktu, dan efisien. Maka dari itu, pada umumnya para kontraktor menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok dalam pelaksanaan proyek dari awal sampai akhir. Untuk penelitian ini, peneliti lebih mendalami hubungan rantai pasok dari beton ready mix. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya, manajemen rantai pasok pun mempunyai risiko negatif. Risiko tersebut harus dianalisis sebelumnya, karena risiko tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kerugian bagi kontraktor. Manajemen risiko diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi risiko yang dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu aliran material/fisik, aliran finansial, dan aliran informasi, dengan melakukan survei pendahuluan kepada pelaku proyek dalam rantai pasok beton readymix untuk mendapatkan variable risiko yang relevan di lapangan, lalu setelah itu melakukan survei utama untuk mendapatkan nilai persepsi dari probabilitas dan dampak dari variabel risiko. Dari hasil survei tersebut akan dianalisis dengan matriks probabilitas dan dampak untuk mengkategorikan tingkatan variable risiko. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa apabila risiko berkategori tinggi dari persepsi kontraktor terhadap supplier beton readymix terjadi masing-masing satu variabel di aliran finansial dan informasi. Beda halnya untuk persepsi supplier readymix terhadap kontraktor, risiko berkategori tinggi terjadi hanya satu variabel pada aliran finansial. Lalu untuk persepsi supplier readymix terhadap supplier’s supplier memiliki variabel risiko dengan berkategori yang paling banyak dibandingkan dengan lainnya yaitu sebanyak tiga variabel di aliran material dan finansial. Sedangkan untuk persepsi supplier’s supplier semen dan agregat tidak memiliki risiko berkategori tinggi, tetapi untuk persepsi supplier’s supplier pasir memiliki dua variabel berisiko tinggi di aliran finansial. Semua pihak yang terlibat dalam aktivitas rantai pasok proyek memilih opsi respon risiko dengan mengurangi dampak risiko apabila risiko tersebut terjadi di lapangan. ======================================================================================== In order to fulfill expectation from the owner of Batiqa Hotel project, the general contractor must necessarily improve the company’s performance to produce high quality products, timely and efficient. Therefore, to achieve those, usually contractors implement supply chain management in excecuting project from start to end. For this study, researcher concern to explore further about supply chain of ready mix concrete. However, supply chain management practically also resultss negative risks. These risks should be analyzed in advance by risk management, since these risk may result in losses for the contractor. Risk management begins with identifying risk that consist of production flow, financial flow, and information flow by conducting preliminary survey to project personnels which get involved in the supply chain of ready mix concrete to obtain the relevant risk variables on the field, and then primary survey is held in order to get the value perception of the probability and impact of risk variables. The results of the survey will be analyzed by probability and impact matrix to find risk level of each variable. Afterwards, interviews are conducted with stakeholders to get risk response about the high-risk variables. By this study, researchers may be able to determine the high-risk variables and risk response in readymix concrete supply chain activities of this project. iv Based on data analysis, the high-risk variable perception of contractor against readymix concrete supplier occurs each of the variables in the financial and information flows. Unlike the case for readymix supplier perceptions against contractor, there is only one high risk variable which happens in the financial flows. Then, in readymix supplier perception against supplier's supplier, it has the most amount of high-risk variable number which is three high-risk variables in the flow of material and financial. As for the perception of the supplier's suppliers of cement and aggregates against readymix concrete supplier, it does not have any high-risk variable, but for the perception of the supplier's supplier of sand, it had two high-risk variables on financial flows. All parties involved in the supply chain project activity choose to mitigate the impact as response to the risk if those happens on the field.
