Abstract

I.T.S Office Tower Jakarta adalah sebuah gedung yang terdiri dari 27 lantai dengan total ketinggian 97,00 meter. Sebagai bahan studi perancangan, gedung ini direncanakan ulang dengan metode Performance Based Design. Performance Based Design adalah suatu metode pembebanan dengan berdasarkan tingkat kinerja dari suatu bangunan yang dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok yang akan menentukan defleksi bangunan terkait. Metode Performance Based Design sering dikembangkan untuk mengetahui performa dari suatu gedung apabila mendapat beban gempa dan mendesain gedung dengan menentukan defleksi dan batas drift dari gedung tersebut.
Tugas akhir ini akan membahas Perencanaan I.T.S Office Tower Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode performance based design. Perencanaan yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan struktur primer dan struktur sekunder.
Dari hasil analisa nonlinear time history, didapatkan defleksi maksimum yang terjadi yaitu gempa arah x = 0,3316 m dan gempa arah y = 0.293 m sehingga gedung I.T.S Office Tower Jakarta memenuhi persyaratan target displacement yaitu 0,6325 m

I.T.S Office Tower is a building that consist of 27 stories with total height of 97 meters. As a study of design, this building will redesign using Performance Based Design method. Performance Based Design is a load method based on performance level of a building that divided into several categories that will determining deflection of the building. Performance Based Design is frequently developed to know the performance of a building when there is an earthquake and to design a building by determine the deflection drift limit of the building.
This final report will discussed about Design of I.T.S Office Tower Jakarta using performance based design method. Design of this building is consist of main structure design and secondary structure design.
From nonlinear time history analysis results, the maximum deflection earthquake load X direction that occurs is 0,3316 m and the maximum deflection earthquake load Y direction is 0.293 m so that I.T.S Office Tower Jakarta can reach the requirement of displacement 0,6325 m.
