Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan setiap individu di dunia. Hal tersebut membuat kebutuhan masyarakat akan fasilitas kesehatan kini terus meningkat. Tidak hanya rumah sakit yang sekarang mulai banyak dibangun, namun seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan akan fasilitas kesehatan banyak dibangun unit rawat jalan. Unit rawat jalan tidak hanya terdapat pada rumah sakit, klinik, namun beberapa institusi juga membangun sebuah unit rawat jalan sebagai layanan kesehatan bagi anggotanya. Fasilitas yang terdapat pada unit rawat jalan lebih sederhana dibandingkan fasilitas yang terdapat di rumah sakit, karena unit rawat jalan tidak melayani fasilitas menginap bagi pasien. Namun standar bangunan dan sarana prasarana masih mengacu pada standar Departemen Kesehatan yang digunakan untuk mengelola rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tetang sebuah unit rawat jalan yang menggunakan konsep healing environment pada interiornya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Analisa yang dilakukan berupa analisa observasi lapangan, aspek kesehatan, aspek sosial, dan konsep desain. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu dapat tercapainya sebuah unit rawat jalan yang memiliki suasan dan fasilitas yang mendukung kesembuhan pasien dan memberikan dampak positif bagi psikologi pasien. ====================================================================================================== Health is important thing for all people in the life. Then the health facilities requirement for people getting increase. Not only hospitals have now started being built, but with the increasing demand for health facilities are built ambulatory care unit. Ambulatory care unit is not only found in hospitals, clinics, but some institutions also build an ambulatory care unit as a service to its members. The facilities available in the ambulatory care unit is simpler than the facilities available at the hospital, because the ambulatory care unit does not serve a facility to stay for the patient. However, building standards and infrastructure are still referring to the Ministry of Health standards are used to manage the hospital. This study describes an ambulatory care unit that uses the concept of healing environment. The method used is a qualitative method. Analysis was done field observations, health aspects, social aspects, and design concepts. The expected result is that it can achieve an ambulatory care unit which has the atmosphere and facilities that support the patient's recovery and provide a positive impact on the psychology of the patient.
