Abstract
Pembangunan kolam loncat indah dengan dimensi 21 x 17 x 6.5 m di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan mengalami kelongsoran pada tanah galian yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya jumlah turap mikropile ukuran 25 x 25 cm sedalam 10m yang dipancang di lapangan, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis dibutuhkan sebanyak 10 buah dengan spasi 1.25 m. Hal ini juga disebabkan adanya penumpukan tanah bekas galian setinggi 4 m dan kondisi tanah dari hasil penyelidikan tersebut dominan lanau kelempungan dengan NSPT 1 di kedalaman yang bervariasi, mulai dari kedalaman 19-22 m.
Pada tugas akhir ini kemudian direncanakan alternatif geoteknik untuk pembangunan kolam loncat indah dengan melakukan penimbunan diatas muka air banjir setinggi Hfinal 2.5 m, kolam loncat indah direncanakan akan dibangun pada tanah timbunan dan tanah dasar sedalam 4.0 m. Perencanaan perkuatan tanah dianalisis terhadap kondisi I dimana terdapat beda tinggi muka air tanah setinggi 4.0m dan kondisi II dimana muka air tanah diturunkan terlebih dahulu menggunakan wellpoint dan pompa sehingga tidak terjadi perbedaan tinggi muka air. Selain itu untuk menahan beban kolam digunakan tiang pancang bore pile d80cm L 30m.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh Hinsial 4.20 m, PVD 100 x 5mm spasi 0.70 m dengan pola pemasangan segitiga dan waktu konsolidasi 20 minggu. Perkuatan timbunan dengan
geotextile UW-250 sebanyak 9 lapis. Alternatif perkuatan tanah yang dipilih adalah menggunakan turap steel sheet pile NSP II 400 x 100 x 10.5 mm untuk perkuatan sisi galian dan steel pipe pile d40cm L = 25 m sebagai perkuatan sisi ujung timbunan untuk menghindari turunnya muka air tanah pada area di luar kolam loncat indah. struktur dinding kolam dengan tebal 30 cm dan pelat lantai tebal 50 cm, tiang pancang bor sebanyak 36 buah.
Total biaya material untuk pembangunan kolam locat indah berdasarkan pemilihan alternatif VII adalah sebesar Rp 6.648.818.103,- (Enam milyar enam ratus empat puluh delapan juta delapan ratus delapan belas ribu seratus tiga rupiah)

The construction of diving pool dimension 21 x 17 x 6,5 m in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan encountered an collapse on the excavated soil caused by the lack of micropile as a sheet pile amount with the size of 25 x 25 cm and with the depth of 10m staked in the field, whilst, based on the analysis result, 10 micropile as a sheet pile with the space of 1.25 m are required. It is also caused by a buildup of ground excavated with the height of 4 m and the condition of the soil from the investigation result is dominant of silty clay with NSPT 1 in variant depth starting from 19-22 m.
In this final project, then planned a geotechnical alternatives for the construction of diving pool by doing a hoarding at the above of the flood water level with the height of Hfinal 2.5 m, it is planned that the diving pool will be built on the soil embankment and on the subgrade with the depth of 4.0 m. Soil reinforcement planning is analyzed towards condition I where there is a height difference of ground water level with the height of 4.0 m and condition II where the ground water level is lowered in advance using a wellpoint and a pump so that there would not be a difference of water level. Besides, to withstand the pool load, a d80cm L 30m bore pile is used.
Based on the calculation result, Hinsial 4.20 m, PVD 100 x 5mm space 0.70 m with triangle mounting pattern and 20 weeks consolidation time. The embankment reinforcement with 9 layers of UW-250. Alternative soil reinforcement chosen is using steel sheet pile type NSP II 400 x 100 x 10.5 mm for the cultivation of
the excavation and steel pipe pile d 40cm L = 25 m as a reinforcement of the end side of embankment to avoid the fall of the groundwater levels on the area outside the diving pool. The wall structure with the thickness of 30 cm, 50 cm slab, and 36 bored piles as pile foundation.
The total of material costs for the construction of diving pool based on alternative VII choice is Rp 6.648.818.103,- (Six billion six hundred and forty-eight million eight hundred and eighteen thousand one hundred and three rupiahs).
