Abstract

PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya menggunakan beberapa Internet Service Provider dalam mendukung infrastruktur jaringan yang digunakan pada ribuan toko retail Alfamart di seluruh Indonesia. Dari kurang lebih sepuluh ribu gerai yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, masing-masing gerai menggunakan koneksi internet yang berbeda. Masing-masing Internet Service Provider memberikan tagihan kepada Head Office (Kantor Pusat) PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, sedangkan seluruh kebutuhan toko retail dikelola oleh Branch Office (Kantor Cabang). Tagihan koneksi internet yang dilayangkan setiap Internet Service Provider kepada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya tersebut kerap berisi data toko yang tidak sesuai. Misalnya terdapat sebuah toko retail yang dicantumkan pada tagihan provider yang berbeda, akibatnya perusahaan melakukan pembayaran dua kali dan mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu, PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya berkewajiban untuk memeriksa tagihan koneksi internet yang dilayangkan oleh setiap Internet Service Provider. Tidak adanya proses pencatatan yang sistematis mengenai informasi provider yang digunakan oleh toko, menjadikan proses pengecekan tagihan koneksi internet mengalami kesulitan. Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang memudahkan serta mempercepat proses pencatatan dan pengecekan tagihan koneksi internet. Aplikasi Pencatatan dan Pengecekan Tagihan Koneksi Internet ini dikembangkan menggunakan model waterfall. Metode ini menduung pola pengembangan yang terstruktur dan praktis sehingga proses pengembangan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat. ============================================================================================== PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya using multiple Internet Service Provider to support of network infrastructure that is used in thousands of retail stores Alfamart throughout Indonesia. Of the approximately ten thousand outlets spread throughout Indonesia, each outlet using a different internet connection. Each Internet Service Provider gives the bill to the Head Office of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, while all the needs of retail stores managed by Branch Office of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. Internet connection bills filed every Internet Service Provider to the PT. Sumber Alfaria Trjaya often contain data stores that do not fit. For example there is a retail store that is listed on the bill different providers, as a result of companies make payments twice and suffered losses. Therefore, PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya obligation to check the internet connection charges filed by any Internet Service Provider. The lack of systematic reporting processes regarding information provider used by the store, making the process of checking bills internet connection trouble. To overcome the problems it is necessary to build a system that facilitates and accelerates the process of reporting and checking internet connection bills. Listing and Checking System Internet Connection Invoice was developed using the waterfall model. This method give structured pattern of development and practical so that the development process can be done more quickly.
