Abstract
Apartemen Elpis Residence merupakan suatu gedung yang berada di Jl. Gunung Sahari Dalam IX, Jakarta Pusat dengan 31 lantai (+108.45). Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang struktur gedung Apartemen Elpis Residence dengan 19 lantai (+63,90) dan penambahan struktur balok beton prategang pada lantai 19 untuk memenuhi kebutuhan convention hall.
Desain modifikasi ini mengacu pada peraturan yang terbaru, yaitu SNI 2847 – 2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1726 – 2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung, SNI 1727 – 2013 tentang beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain. Beban gempa dihitung dengan metode beban gempa dinamis respons spectrum yang dikontrol dengan metode beban gempa statik ekivalen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program bantu Etabs.
Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X sebesar 25,54% dan arah Y sebesar 25,16% sehingga syarat sistem ganda terpenuhi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, struktur utama Elpis Residence Jakarta menggunakan balok beton bertulang ukuran 30/40 dan 40/60 untuk balok induk, kolom 80/80 untuk lantai 1-7, kolom 70/70 untuk lantai 8-13, dan kolom 60/60 untuk lantai 14-19. Pada convention hall digunakan balok beton prategang berukuran 50/70 dengan panjang 12,4 m yang menggunakan 5-31 VSL multi strand post-tensioning tendon yang di jacking pada 3500 kN, dan ditumpu oleh sistem konsol pendek. Gedung Elpis Residence ditumpu oleh pondasi tiang pancang dengan kedalaman rata-rata 28 m.
Hasil dari modifikasi perencanaan ini dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar dengan menggunakan program bantu AutoCAD. ===================================================================================================== Elpis Residence

construction of Apartment Elpis Residence with 19 stories tall (+63,90) and will be modified prestessed concrete beam
at level 19 for the needs of convention hall. Design modification refers to the regulations up to date,
namely SNI 2847 - 2013 about requirements concrete structural buildings, SNI 1726 - 2012 about the procedures of planning seismic resistance fot structure of the building and non building, SNI 1727 - 2013 about
minimum load for the design of buildings and other structures. Earthquake load seismic load is calculated
by the method of dynamic response spectrum controlled by the method of equivalent static earthquake load, and then analyzed using auxiliary program ETABS.
From the analysis result, it was concluded that the main frame is able to withstand 25,54% of the lateral loads at X and 25,16% at the Y direction, so dual system requirements are met. Based from design output, the main structures of Elpis Residence Jakarta
is using a 30/40 and 40/60 for main beam, 80/80 column
for level 1-7, 70/70 column for level 8-13, and 60/60 column for level 14-19. Convention hall is using a 50/70 prestressed concrete beam with span of 12,4m, using
5-31 VSL multi strand post-tensioning tendon jacked at
3500 kN, and supported with corbels. Whole Elpis Residence building is supported by pile foundation with an average depth of 28 m. Result of these redesigning output is poured into engineering drawing made by AutoCAD software.
