Abstract

Kebutuhan properti di Indonesia meningkat pesat. Tingginya kebutuhan ini menyebabkan banyak Superblock dibangun. Salah satu gedung yang termasuk dalam Superblock One Galaxy adalah Gedung Office One Galaxy. Gedung perkantoran ini mempunyai 25 lantai. Gedung dengan kapasitas besar dibutuhkan di kota-kota besar di Indonesia seperti Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota rawan gempa sehingga dilakukan modifikasi terhadap gedung perkantoran ini menggunakan alternatif struktur baja, terutama sistem rangka pengaku eksentris, yang dapat menahan gaya lateral gempa. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan perencanaan struktur EBF meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, primer dan pondasi yang mengacu pada PPIUG 1983, SNI 1729:2002, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013 dan lain-lain. Analisa struktur dilakukan dengan software ETABS 2015. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat atap dan lantai 9 cm, dimensi balok induk perkantoran WF 600.300.14.23, dimensi balok induk diluar link WF800.300.14.26, Dimensi kolom HSS 750.750.25.25, dimensi bresing WF300.300.10.15, base plate menggunakan Mild Steel Plates dari katalog Continental Steel dan panjang elemen link direncanakan 100 cm. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan sebagai sambungan mutu tinggi dengan baut fub 825 Mpa. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton WIKA diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 38 m. Basement menggunakan retaining wall tebal 15 cm dan tebal pelat lantai basement 27 cm. ==================================================================================== The needs of property in Indonesia increase significantly. This increase made many developer build superblock structures. One of the building that include in One Galaxy Superblock is One Galaxy Office Building. This Building has 25 floors. The capacity of this building is needed in so many cities in Indonesia like Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta is one of earthquake-prone city that develop very quickly. So, modification of One Galaxy Office Building is using steel structure, especially Eccentrically Braced Frame, that can maintain its structure from lateral force. In this final assignment, the planning and design of EBF structure that consist of planning of secondary structure, primary structure and foundation that refer from PPIUG 1983, SNI 1729:2002, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2002, SNI 2847:2013 and etc. Analysis of structure is using ETABS 2015. From calculating, the results which can be obtained are 9 cm thick plate of roof and floor, WF600.300.14.23 is the dimension of main beam, WF800.300.14.26 is the dimension of beam outside of link, HSS 750.750.25.25 is the dimension of column, WF300.300.10.15 dimension of brace, base plate using mild steel plate from catalogue of Continental Steel and Link beam is planned at length of 100 cm. The main splicing structure is planned as rigid connection with high tension bolt Fub825 Mpa. Foundation planning uses concrete pile of WIKA with 60 cm diameter and 38 m depth. Retaining wall with 15 cm depth of concrete is used with thickness of basement plate is 15 cm.
