Abstract

Sub DAS Lesti merupakan salah satu bagian hulu DAS Brantas yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Malang. Kondisi sub DAS Lesti telah mengalami kerusakan disebabkan berkurangnya tutupan lahan sehingga berpotensi mengalami defisit air. Defisit air pada musim kemarau pada tahun 2017 sebesar 2.141.057m³ dan tahun 2023 sebesar 3.881.593m³. Untuk mengatasi defisit tersebut dilakukan upaya konservasi baik secara vegetasi dan mekanis. Luas lahan vegetasi yang dibutuhkan sampai tahun 2023 dengan penanaman pohon gaharu seluas 31,90 km², dan bambu 17,12 km². Kebutuhan pemanen air hujan media atap rumah sebanyak 2 bak penampung kapasitas masing-masing 32 m³. Kebutuhan embung sebanyak 3 embung kapasitas masing-masing 800.000 m³. Biaya investasi embung Rp. 264.187.069.875,- dikerjakan pada tahun 2017 sampai 2018. Dari aspek finansial pembangunan embung tersebut dengan suku bunga 11% pertahun nilai IRR = 13,89%>11%; BCR, i (11%) = 1,05>1 dan NPV,i (11%) = Rp.40.390.322.590,-. Maka pembangunan embung tersebut secara finansial layak dilaksanakan. ================================================================================ Lesti sub basin is one of the upstream part of Brantas river basin located in the district of Malang. Lesti sub-basin have been damaged due to less land thereby potentially experiencing a water deficit. The deficit of water in the dry season in 2017 is about 2.141.057 m³ and 2023 will be 3.881.593 m³. Conservation both vegetation and mechanical is needed to overcome this condition. The land required for the plants until 2023 with the Tree of Agarwood covering an area of 31.90 km², and bamboo 17.12 km². Rainwater harvesting using roofs as much as 2 water storage tanks with a total capacity of 32 m³. The establishment of 3 embung require total land of 60 ha with 800.000 m³ in capacity of each embung. The cost of the embung investments of Rp. 264.187.069.875,- completed in 2017 to 2018. Financial aspects of the construction of the water reservoir with an interest rate of 11% per year; IRR = 13,89%; BCR, i (11%) = 1,05 and NPV, i (11%) = Rp. 40.390.322.590,-. Therefore with this financial analysis the embung is eligible to construct.
