Abstract
Sebagian besar delay pesawat Boeing 737-800 Garuda Indonesia yang terjadi sepanjang tahun 2012-2016 disebabkan karena adanya kegagalan fungsi pada sistem Engine Fuel and Control. Sistem ini memiliki fungsi sentral dalam pendistribusian dan pengontrolan bahan bakar untuk operasional mesin pesawat. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi nilai kehandalan pada sistem Engine Fuel and Control, evaluasi yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan frekuensi waktu kegagalan atau kerusakan komponen-komponen. Komponen-komponen pada Engine Fuel and Control yang dievaluasi adalah fuel pump, IDG oil cooler, servo fuel heater, electronic engine control, hydro-mechanical unit, fuel flow transmitter dan fuel flow differential pressure switch. Nilai kehandalan sistem secara keseluruhan pada waktu operasional 500 jam, 1000 jam dan 1500 jam adalah 0,73; 0,52 dan 0,36. Komponen kritis berdasarkan nilai kehandalannya yang sudah mencapai 0,7 pada saat 1000 jam operasi adalah fuel flow differential pressure switch. Pada jenis perawatan yang sesuai didapatkan scheduled restoration task untuk komponen fuel pump, IDG oil cooler, servo fuel heater dan hydro-mechanical unit, serta schedule on-condition task untuk komponen electronic engine control, fuel flow transmitter dan fuel flow differential pressure switch. Pembiayaan komponen FFDPS pada nilai kehandalan 70%, 60% dan 50% diperoleh US$ 429,27 ; US$ 337,56 dan US$ 283,66.

Most of delay Garuda Indonesia Boeing 737-800 aircraft which occurred during the year 2012-2016 due to a malfunction of the Engine Fuel and Control system. This system has a central function in the distribution and control of fuel for aircraft engines operation. So it is necessary to evaluate the value of reliability on the Engine Fuel and Control system, evaluation relating to the time-frequency of a failure or failure function of components. Components of Engine Fuel Control which evaluated is fuel pump, IDG oil cooler, servo fuel heater, electronic engine control, hydro-mechanical unit, fuel flow transmitter and fuel flow differential pressure switch. The value reliability of overall system in the operational time 500 hours, 1000 hours and 1500 hours is 0,73 ; 0,52 and 0,36. A critical components based on the value of its reliability already reached 0,7 at time of 1000 hours operation is fuel flow differential pressure switch. The type of maintenance thats appropriate obtained schedule restoration task for components fuel pump, IDG oil cooler, servo fuel heater and hydro-mechanical unit, and than schedued on-condition task for components electronic engine control, fuel flow transmitter and fuel flow differential pressure switch. Financing of FFDPS component in the value of reliability 70% , 60% and 50% has obtained US$ 429,27 ; US$ 337,56 and US$ 283,66.
