Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Semarang pada tahun 2009 mulai merealisasikan transportasi umum massal dengan tarif terjangkau yaitu Bus Trans Semarang. Trans Semarang adalah sebuah layanan angkutan massal berbasis semi BRT (Bus Rapid Transit). Semi BRT adalah layanan angkutan massal bus yang memiliki ciri tempat perhentian khusus, bus khusus, system ticketing khusus, frekuensi pelayanan sering dan teratur sepanjang hari tetapi belum mempunyai jalur khusus di mana jalur tersebut bebas dari jangkauan kendaraan lain (Wright,2007). Saat ini Bus Trans Semarang telah membuka 4 Koridor salah satunya Koridor III Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas.
Dalam tugas akhir ini analisa kinerja operasional BRT Trans Semarang Koridor III Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas yang ditijau dari segi faktor muat, jumlah penumpang yang diangkut, headway, kenyamanan penumpang dan survey kepuasan penumpang seperti yang terdapat dalam Surat Keterangan Dirjen Perhubungan Darat No.687 tahun 2002.
Dari hasil analisa didapatkan waktu tempuh rata-rata bus Trans Semarang yang melayani koridor III Rute A selama 1 jam 21 menit dan waktu tempuh rata-rata Rute B selama 1 jam 15 menit. Selisih waktu kedatangan antar bus (headway) rute A sebesar 19 menit dan untuk rute B sebesar 22 menit sedangkan nilai ketetapan sebesar 15 menit. Angka kenyamanan ruang berdiri sebesar 0,2 m2/space dan duduk bus sebesar 0,22 m2/space. Kapasitas 1 BRT sebesar 41 penumpang.
Faktor muat (load factor) BRT Trans Semarang Koridor III Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas per ruas halte yaitu untuk Rute A pada pagi hari sebesar 52.38% untuk sore hari sebesar 97.62% dan Rute B pada pagi hari sebesar 45.24% untuk sore hari sebesar 114.29%. Berdasarkan jawaban responden atau penumpang dapat faktor-faktor yang menjadi perioritas utama kepuasan penumpang dan harapan penumpang berada pada kuadran A.

Semi BRT is a mass transit bus service which has the characteristics of a special resting place, a special bus, special ticketing system, frequency of service often and regularly throughout the day but do not have a special line where the line is free from any other vehicle range (Wright, 2007). Currently Bus Trans Semarang has opened 4 corridor, one of them is corridor III port of Tanjung Emas.
In this final project, analysis operational performance of BRT Trans Semarang Corridor III port of Tanjung Emas that is being reviewed in terms of load factor, the number of passengers carried, headway, passenger comfort and passenger satisfaction survey as contained in the Certificate of Director General of Land Transportation 687 years 2002.
From the analysis results obtained in average travel time Trans Semarang serving of corridor III Route A for 1 hour 21 minutes and the average travel time Route B for 1 hour 15 minutes. Difference between bus arrival time (headway) A service for 19 minutes and to route B for 22 minutes while the value of provisions amounted to 15 minutes. Figures standing comfort room of 0.2 m2 / space and sitting bus of 0.22 m2 / space. 1 BRT capacity of 41 passengers.
Load factor (load factor) BRT Corridor III Trans Semarang Tanjung Emas per segment stop is to Route A in the morning at 52.38% for the afternoon at 97.62% and Route B in the morning at 45.24% for the afternoon amounted to 114.29%. Based on respondents' answers or passengers may be factors that become the main priorities of passenger satisfaction and customer expectations are in quadrant A.
