Abstract
Salah satu komponen penting dalam proses CO2 removal adalah CO2 stripper. CO2 stripper berfungsi untuk menghilangkan CO2 yang telah terserap oleh larutan Benfield dengan cara stripping stea, penambahan panas dan penurunan tekanan. Melihat fungsinya yang sangat penting dalam pemisahan CO2, maka diperlukan CO2 stripper dengan reliability yang baik. Fungsinya tak lain untuk memastikan keselamatan operasi dna reliability dari sistem tersebut. Saah satu cara untuk mempertahankan sistem reliability steam turbin adalah dengan melakukan perawatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisi secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode RCM II, unit paling cepat mencapai nilai R(t) 0,6 pada unit stripper quench cooler 107 C dengan interval 2500 jam, sedangkan paling lama mencapai nilai R(t) 0,6 pada pressure savety valve dan flow transmitter unit CO2 Stripper dengan interval 21500 jam. Jenis perawatan yang diterapkan pada sistem stripper CO2 adalah on condition task pada BDV dan pompa 108J/JA serta analisa vibrasi setiap bulan; perbaikan unit stripper, flow valve, pressure valve, line CO2, setiap shutdown plant;pergantian membran plat dan gasket 107C, drain strainer, gasket dan flange demint 109C 6 bulan sekali

One important component in the process of removal of CO2 is CO2 stripper. CO2 stripper is used to remove CO2 that has been absorbed by Benfield solution by means of stripping stea, adding heat and pressure drops. Seeing function is very important in the separation of CO2, the necessary CO2 stripper with good reliability. Its function is none other than to ensure the safe operation of dna reliability of the system. Saah one way to maintain system reliability steam turbine is to perform maintenance. Based on the analysis results quantitatively and qualitatively using RCM II, the unit quickly reach a value of R (t) of 0.6 on a stripper unit quench cooler 107 C at intervals of 2500 hours, while the longest reaches the value of R (t) 0.6 at savety pressure valve and flow transmitter unit CO2 Stripper at intervals of 21500 hours. This type of threatment applied to the stripper CO2 system is on condition task on BDV, and 108 J/JA pump adan vibration analisys each month, repair stripper unit, flow valve, pressure valve, line CO2 each plant shutdown. Turn membrane plate and gasket 107C, drain strainer, gasket dan flange demint 109C every six month.
