Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan tersebut untuk mengetahui peluang apa saja yang ada diluar sana berikut ancaman apa saja yang ada. Tidak hanya itu sebuah perusahaan juga harus mengenali kekuatan dan kelemahan dirinya sendiri dalam upaya penentuan strategi pengembangan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa eksternal dan internal pada divisi rekayasa umum di PT. XYZ. Untuk menganalisa eksternal dilakukan dengan metode 4C Diamond Analysis, sedangkan analisa internal dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil dari kedua analisa tersebut yaitu berupa faktor - faktor threat, weakness, opportunity, strength. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan analisa External Factor Analysis summary (EFAS) dan Internal Factor Analysis summary (IFAS), didapatkan posisi perusahaan pada kuadran II IE Matrix dengan kondisi Grow & Build. Dengan menggunakan TOWS Matrix didapatlah sepuluh macam jenis strategi berdasarkan persilangan faktor - faktor yang ada. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan bobot prioritas dari sepuluh strategi tersebut dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil perhitungan AHP didapatkan bahwa strategi untuk berpindah fokus ke proyek kelistrikan merupakan strategi dengan score tertinggi, yaitu 0.208. ======================================================================================= In a company is important for the company to find out what opportunities are there out there following any existing threats. TOWS Matrix obtained by using the ten kinds of strategies based on crossbreeding factors - factors that exist. Then calculate the weight of the ten priorities of the strategy by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). From the results of AHP calculations showed that the strategy to move the focus to the electrification project is a strategy to weigh the value of the highest priority, namely 0.208.
