Abstract
Desa Sedayu Lawas kecamatan Brondong kabupaten Lamongan sedang di rencanakan pembangunan sebuah terminal khusus muatan curah cair guna mengangkut bahan bakar minyak. Daerah perairan di laut jawa yang tenang menjadi pilihan para pengembang untuk mendirikan industry pesisir di daerah pesisir utara pulau jawa. Terkait dengan besarnya kapal yang mengangkut bahan bakar maka diperlukan kedalaman yang mencukupi untuk membangun dermaga yang berfungsi untuk kapal bersandar. Dermaga yang akan dibangun adalah tipe dermaga jetty dengan komponen struktur berupa breasting dolphin, mooring dolphin, trestle, dan causeway. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan desain layout mooring dolphin dan analisa tegangan pada tali tambat dari mooring dolphin itu sendiri. Untuk mendesain layout mooring dolphin yang pertama harus dilakukan ialah melakukan pengolahan data lingkungan seperti data anagin dan pasang surut. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menentukan nilai elevasi yang sesuai untuk struktur mooring dolphin. Kedua harus dilakukan penentuan tata letak mooring dolphin terhadap kapal serta sudut tali tambat yang sesuai dengan code OCIMF. Kemudian dilakukan analisa tegangan tali terhadap desain layout mooring dolphin yang sudah dibuat untuk menentukan apakah desain layout sudah aman atau belum saat beroperasi. Untuk melakukan analisa tegangan tali diperlukan model kapal yang dimodelkan dengan bantuan software MOSES. Kemudian dilakukan analisa tegangan tali menggunakan analisa dinamis time domain dengan waktu 10800 detik.

Sedayulawas village in Lamongan district Brondong districts are being planned construction of a special terminal for liquid bulk cargo to transport fuel oil. Due to calm area in the Java Sea waters, some marine industries choose to set up their activities in coastal areas of the north coast of the island of Java. A special terminal for liquid bulk cargo to transport fuel oil was being planned in Sedayu Lawas village Brondong districts Lamongan. The ship carrying the oil fuel require a pier and jetty in sufficient depth for loading and unloading. The jetty is added more equipment for ship to port, those equipment is breastng dolphin, mooring dolphin , trestle, adna causeway. This study, review the stress analysis the mooring lines (ropes) attached to jetty for various mooring dolphin layout and arrangements. The metocean data such as wind and tides in the areas were processed and analyzed. The layout of the ship and mooring dolphin rope angle were designed in accordance with OCIMF code. The stress analysis of mooring rope for various layout mooring dolphin has been analyzed to determine whether the design layout is safe during operation. The rope stress were analyzed using time domain dynamic analysis for 10800 seconds. The safety of ship during loading for various rope condition were presented. It is suggested that all ropes shoud be attached to mooring dolphin for ship and port safety.
