Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan suatu
permasalahan yang banyak menyita perhatian berbagai
perusahaan terutama perusahaan yang bergerak dalam
bidang konstruksi, karena permasalahan ini mencakup
segi kemanusiaan, biaya dan pertanggung jawaban serta
citra perusahaan itu sendiri. Tugas akhir ini
direncanakan untuk menganalisa risiko kecelakaan kerja
yang paling kritis pada pelaksanaan pembangunan
proyek RESERVOIR KREMBANGAN SURABAYA.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode FMECA
(Failure Mode and Effects Criticaly Analysis) untuk
mengetahui risiko yang paling kritis dan sering terjadi
dalam pembangunan proyek konstruksi. Setelah
mengetahui risiko yang paling kritis, diidentifikasi dan
diklarifikasi menurut besarnya potensi kegagalan dan
efeknya terhadap proses pekerjaan. Metode ini
mengidentifikasi berdasarkan kejadian dan pengalaman yang telah lalu berkaitan dengan proses serupa. Hasil yang didapatkan dari beberapa variable kecelakaan kerja seperti efek buruk, frekuensi kejadian dan deteksi adalah angka prioritas kecelakaan tertinggi (RPN), dimana RPN didapatkan dari hasil kali beberapa variable risiko kecelakaan kerja. ==================================================================================================================
Occupational Health and Safety is a problem that mainly seized the attention of companies which primarily engaged in the construction field since these issues include the humanitarian aspects, cost and accountability as well as the image of the company itself. Thus, this final project is planned to analyze the risk of workplace accidents in the implementation of RESERVOIR KREMBANGAN SURABAYA development projects.
This research is used the method of FMECA (Failure Mode and Effects Critically Analysis) to determine the risk of the most critical hazards and often occur in the development of construction projects. After knowing the hazards of the most critical risk, it is then identified and clarified by the magnitude of potential failure and its effect on the work process. This identification method
based on events and past experience related to similar
process. Results obtained from a number of variables
such as the ill effects of workplace accidents, frequency of
occurrence and accident detection is the highest priority
number (RPN), where RPN obtained from the product of
several variables the risk of accidents.
