Abstract
Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat (PSM) adalah pekerja sukarela di proyek sosial di lingkungan masyarakat. Contoh PSM bisa beragam misalnya kader posyandu, kader kesehatan, kader PKK, kader Paud, dan kader lingkungan. Di sini, sifat rekrutmen PSM yang ad-hoc dengan waktu training yang terbatas berpotensi mengakibatkan individu PSM berfungsi sub-optimal. Salah satu contoh ketidakoptimalan adalah ketika individu PSM absen di pos tempat eksekusi proyek sosial. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena PSM tidak memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab sosialnya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat analisis dan desain terhadap aplikasi berbasis lokasi geografis untuk memonitor aktivitas lapangan dari PSM. Dengan aplikasi ini, maka koordinator PSM dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dari masing-masing PSM dari sudut pandang perubahan lokasi geografis."============================================================================================="
Voluntarily social worker (VSW) is a local concept in Indonesian society to attribute someone working for a voluntarily social working his/her neighborhood. There are a lot of projects that a VSW can join mostly in education, healthcare, and environmental realms. The unique point of VSW is that he/she is not a professional worker and is recruited based on the personal-reference basis. Moreover, most of VSWs do not receive sufficient regular training and education to support their work. This study aims to provide analysis and design for a GIS-based solution to monitor every VSW activities in MSP. By having this application, a VSW coordinator can conveniently monitor and initially evaluate his/her subordinates. Thus, improving overall project performances.
